i feel like maybe some of this is just for "show". i've seen sooo many other videos where american soldiers will not show their faces/hide behind cameras and will say some really bad things to the children over there and try teaching them inappropriate things.

but if this guy truly did this with good intentions- then bless him, and all the best :)
