Orchard Towers is otherwise known as 4 floors of whores. Its quite possible he went there to enjoy the 'scenery'. Not all men go there to pick up a prostitute.
Scenery being lots of attractive young girls and ladyboys. Its a mall full of bars over 4 floors where you can have a good (innocent) night out. The only difference with this place is its notorious reputation as a pick up joint.
