Well yeah but if you harvest them you get more Adam, more Adam for less sisters = Less time spent which = Faster speed run.

when u rescue them u get the good ending if you harvest just one of them youll get a bad crappy ending

idk i dont have this game i just knew that if you harvest them you get the "evil" ending there is 3 endings one for rescueing them one for harvesting them maybe if you saved all of them and forgot about one you get whats called the "bad" ending for leaving a little sis behind

well you cant really miss one since you kinda have to do something to them to pass a level or somethin... its kinda like an objective! i have the 360 version, and yeah! i gotta try this! it takes me like half an hour to get through this level... =D this game rules btw... BEST STORY

slaterking1000, it's better if you rescue them, because even though you get less ADAM, the rescued little sisters will give you gifts. each gift will usually have 200 ADAM. sometimes, you get a special plasmid that you can't get anywhere else.
