I bought this boat from a friend of mine!!! I was looking at it in the sun and you could still read the "Eagle One" stickers on the side. Ran great this past summer. I currently have it in the garage giving it a new paint job and basically redoing the entire inside of the boat. I love this boat it is a BLAST!!!!

I had a 83 carlson with an 84 115 merc. jack plate and hot foot ......Had it clocked on GPS at 63 mpg not bad for a 115!

Evinrude 140 with racing heads. Unfortunately the boat has been sold. I do however have a 1984 CVX-16 with 115hp Mercury 6cyl for sale in Texas ;-)

i have the same boat a '75 CV16 I have the option to use a 81' 70HP merc 3cyl , a '83 90 hp johnson, or a '80 140 HP evinrude
what do you think i can expect performance wise between these motors?
