Do you mean the footwork/ladder drills? We work them into training as one of the last parts of a dynamic warm up. As for how often, it depends on phase of training we are in and what the goal of our training is for that period.
If you mean how often do we train like this as in the whole video, we train like this all the time. Usually 2 days per week when he's "in season" preparing for a fight. Increase if we're not preparing for an actual fight and they're not as busy sharpening skill
