We r surprised by older civilizations who had no knowledge of iron to be able to think and use their logic and see patterns in nature. Apart from the fact that the Chevy logo is older than the aerial photographs that would be needed to see the symbol on the pyramid. How about it's as simple as a graphic artist playing around with shapes and found a pleasing design? Much more plausible.
