This is a pretty good video, though I don't agree with their fatophobia. Fat is a very filling and long-lasting source of energy that's actually pretty hard to overeat without the presence of processed carbohydrates in the meal. If you're worried about clogging your arteries, cut out the sugar, bad flours, and trans-fats.
