We honestly didn't want to see you read the packaging for 5 minutes. We wanted to know whether the shield is worth buying from a customer's perspective. That's what a review is.
are you an idiot? I wanted a review not to here you go on about lifetime warranty, made in the usa.. Thats all great, but hurry up and get to the review next time.
@icasereviews i wanted a bodyguardz but i got a full body invisibleSHIELD on amazon for $15. and the bodyguardz was the skullcandy version and it was 25$ for 1 full body..
i tried it on my ipod touch 2g and i couldnt get it on tooooo hard but now i wuz thinkin about givin it another try but my ipod is already scratched so yeah it would be no use :(
Why would it be no use? Sure it already has scratches, but just because it already has some doesn't mean you shouldn't protect it from getting any more. Plus I heard it covers up scratches, but not so sure about that. The back of my iPod has a BUNCH of scratches, but I'm still gonna get this so it doesn't get scratched up any more and so the front is protected too
my ipod was horribly scratched and i used a drimel with car scratch stuff on it and it removed 85% of the scratches. i did that so that i could get the invisible shield. But dont use it on the screen. also you can get people at bestbuy to install it onto your ipod
The shield does not have anti-glare, you can still put a case on it but it depends on which case. Sillicone cases do fit with invislbe shield under it but some plastic cases such as the incase slider won't work
it's good but i find the bodygaurdz better, as it is easier to install and comes in a set of 2. The invisibleShield has more grip, and bodygaurdz less
I found this incredibly easy to put on, i dno what everyone is moaning about man, u just need a brain. I did my cousins iphone as well. Very good, but I hate the feel of it, its rubbery and stuff and you DO know its their, obviously its because its so strong or watever, but still. Only thing i'd say is that u need to keep doing the palming technique even when you've finished and its all stuck down, coz my corners just started peelin off from my pocket.
But my cousins didnt, i kept his iphone on me nd i just kept squeegiing water and bubbles out the corners and palming it loads. Put on lots of solution so that its wet, then just take your time squeegiing everytin out, if corners don't stick, keep squeegiing, get all that water out, and it'll dry gradually. More solution = Easier, Better end result, but WILL take longer. I'd rather look at a nice ipod for years than a messed up one, coz i couldnt be assed to spend time on suttin so simple.
Putting your ipod in a silicon case right after you apply the shield is a great idea so you don't have to waste your time using the "palming technique".
it's a common problem, the corners never just seem to apply correctly! I've heard that you could take your ipod to the ZAGG shop and they would apply if for you free of charge.
i buyed this... i put it on, wasnt perfect but did the job....
****ONE WEEK LATER***
still in good conditon but.... the corners are 'peelin off by there self'. i mean wtf i just put it in my pocket thats it. Does any one no what to do??
ps buy it from ebay i got my for £15 and in 2 days
would u say the invisible shield is really good at protecting against scratches on the back? (dont care about dat much about the lint thing, just how really good it is if it is so thin.)
Does the Invisible Shield get dirty from finger prints easily? Because I hate that feeling of finger prints on my ipod from touching your ipod or iphone so much. Like when I am playing iDracula (an app) and Im turning the "moving wheels" I can see circles of finger prints and I feel that I have to wash and clean my screen every 30 minutes! Please Answer, thanks!
i'm excited to get mine. i just REALLY don't wanna get lint on it. uhgg and eeek. also, can you replace it easily? or do you have to buy a bunch of crap, THEN get a replacement? just in case i screw up
do it outisde in the fresh air, or on a table. DON'T do it lon the carpet like me heh, I got my covered in lint afterwards. You don't need to buy anything just follow the instructions carefully and if the sides on quite stick on put on a silicone to hold it in place for a while and press on it.
ok man your fucking review sucks you say its easy to install it and then you say personally i think its hard stfu you dont even know what your saying quit doing reviews and get a life ;)
You probably won't need anymore protection, unless it's shock protection. So, it's up to y ou to choose between whether or not you want to put a case on it.
Well BestBuy does not carry it, but i think i saw InvisibleSHIELD at Futureshop before. Try Futureshop if not you will just have to order from the stie
hey i got my invisible shield today but when i opened the solution it was empty..when you take the cover off does it look lke its empty??when i press it there is no liquid....please answer as soon as possible please please please!!!!!!!!!
mine was full to the tip, but if you want please go twist open the top cap, don't be afraid to rip the sticker and check out if theres anything inside? If not, perhapsy ou can make your own? i heard you can some with some kinda of soap
nop it is totally empty, maybe ill go to bestbuy and get another one because if i make one i could ruin my ipod and i dont have that much money to get another one besides it was their fault
it really didnt come with any and i just dont want to wait any longer to install it,i was gonna install it today because i got my ipod touch and my zagg today but icouldnt because the solution bottle was empty...i wanna protect my ipod as soon as i open it
i bought one of these, atleast it was like it. but the back peels off and i have bubbles on the screen. all the debree got stuck on the back and scratched my ipod touch. only had it a fortnight
your reviews are really helpful, i like watching them even though i dont have and ipod touch, lol. just a couple things: i think the music in the backround is a litte distracting while your talking and i feel you spend less time reading the packaging.
2) Probably apply it on a table, i got so much lint cuz i was applying it on my carpet lol! (what a dumb idea) Also try using a blowdryer for quicker results

bodyguardz just seem to naturally stay on better, especially the corners
icasereviews 2 years ago
i actually recommend the bodygaurdz over invisibleSHIELD, 1. bodygaurdz more cover more than invisibleSHIELD
2. Bodyguardz are actually easier to apply
3. Bodyguardz include 2 sets instead of 1.

does the ipod work 100% with the shield on
pmcvb209 2 years ago
Yes it does, but for as a tip do not overspray it or the water might get inside and ruin the motherboard

is it really the best protector of Ipod touch 2g?
