How To Slice and Code Photoshop PSD Template Finished Lesson 15

I made a template of my own and everything looks right in the design view.  However, when I go to the live view it doesn't look even close. Do you know why it would do that? When I go to do the live view it says, "Some files needed to accurately preview this page have been modified but not saved. Save them now?"

Your tutorials are very, very informative. But... Can you explain what the reason is for coding everything in CSS while photoshop did the job in two clicks at the start?
