This movie is great! Meryl is awesome, if there's justice in this world she'll get the Oscar. There was not really need for the Julie character - Nora Ephron should have realized that audiences did not need to see that. The audience in the theater I attended actually groaned when the scenes cut to Amy Powell's character. Good movie though.
I believe this would be a good movie for a girl, boring/obnoxious for men...

I like Amy Adams, she's coming into her own in everything I've seen of her so far. I want her to do more comedy because she got that IT thing.

I saw the film last week and loved it! Very heart-warming. Streep was awesome, she could have easily gone into caricature.

It's not a true romantic comedy, so if you take a girl, you won't hear all that same old crap about cheating boyfriends and girl talk. It's alright.
