  • BUZZ!!!! Wrong answer! There are no exercises to reduce fat in a certain area. There is no such thing as spot reduction. Fat is lost systemically, like draining water from a pool. Stop perpetuating this nonsense. Funny how the trainer hides her stomach and isn't leam herself.

    If you want a lean stomach you have to create a prolonged caloric deficit. There is no magic exercise, no low carb voodoo, no insulin fairies that are going to change this.

  • That probably means your core isn't strong yet. If you keep on working on your core, the pain will go away. Hope this helps. I use to have the same problem and also neck aches, this was the advice given to me and its worked for me.
