If you want a lean stomach you have to create a prolonged caloric deficit. There is no magic exercise, no low carb voodoo, no insulin fairies that are going to change this.

I'm really happy that someone is showing how to get rid of that puggy fat under my belly button. That's one of my biggest trouble spots. I hope this with a good diet helps me out. Thank you for being on Youtube.
That probably means your core isn't strong yet. If you keep on working on your core, the pain will go away. Hope this helps. I use to have the same problem and also neck aches, this was the advice given to me and its worked for me.
