  • Great question! I did not have to use transactional funding.. I was able to do a double closing (dry funded) where the buyers funds funded my purchase price of 188k.

    transactional funding cost about 2 thousand dollars , how or where do you get it for free !!! 188.000 plus 32.000 =220.000. wheres the cost deduction for the funding ?.
