How many people recognise the Monty Python connection? The album Matching Tie and Handkerchief featured a sketch called "The Phone In", supposedly about farming. The first caller's question was "Is Vic There?" The second caller's question was "Has he been round again?"

Yes the humour of the sketch was in the way the Anchor man (Eric Idle ?) tries to keep bringing the conversation back 'on topic' ("We only want questions on FARMING") despite the intervention and threatening nature of the caller on the crossed line.
