@rawrrrcookies here in singapore they're available at chinese stores operated by older ladies :) if you are elsewhere, try ebay? or just use the chinese spoon instead of the scraper. the lady in the video mentioned that the spoon works the same as the scraper :)

lubricate. Don't forget the neck and collarbone area. Don't overdo the scraping or else you can hurt yourself and your skin. Using a chinese soup spoon is totally ok too though perhaps add some oil or cream to lubricate it.

Obviously this only works if you keep with it - don't expect miracles overnight - maybe around 10 times first? She suggests maybe using a cold spoon each mornig to massage your face.

Use a proper amount of pressure - not too hard where you're scraping and bruising yourself but not too light where you're barely scratching your skin. What you should do is have a enough pressure to cause your skin to lightly flush (she compares this to as if you're flushed from a bit of drinking). Use the edge to go around your eyes and if you find the scraper is tugging too much, add a bit of cream to

So you can massage with a jade bead roller (note: you can find these in a lot of places - Chinatown, tacky chinese souvenir places, chinese medicine places, etc). Massage from your jawline in an upwards motion to remove any unnecessary swelling and prevent wrinkles. Also don't forget the neck, collarbone, upper chest area as these are important parts too! Massage as shown.

1) you have a large facial bone structure. Some people deal with this by having their jaws sawed down but that's a bit dangerous so people don't really do that anymore.

2) A non-invasive way to fix your larger/more prominent jawline is using different hairstyles, makeup, contouring, etc
