Cunanan first wrapped Miglin's head in duct tape. Then he sawed through his throat with a hacksaw. Then he ran over the body multiple times with the Lexus. This movie looks hilariously bad. I think I'll track it down for laughs.
You are correct about no bloke surviving being run over by the Lexus. I am Bob Horton, the guy who played the part, and we used a dummy (another dummy) then put the clothes on me to shoot the remaining scenes. At least it did "look" real. By the way, "Crusty" is a compliment. They originally shot the movie for foreign release so in other countries it would have been high tech. See Ya!
I have a Toyota Soarer (basically a JDM lexus SC) in Australia and they are the heaviest bloody car on the road. There's no way that bloke would have survived being run over by this car that many times!!!
but as far as know a Lexus cannot be stolen or hotwired..
this guy in the UK claimed to police his Lexus LS400 was stolen and i was there to translate and this australian police ran Lexus and they kept saying Lexus is desgined for security and is near impossible to steal without a key
