@nitrasbeks I recommend checking out my SL9 barbarian playthrough on my channel for a little more hardcore Demon's Souls action. I Beat the game using the default barbarian with no armor, and using his starting gear without upgrading it.

They really should drop that "This is a hard game you gonna die" stuff, it's starting to sound like gimmick and not part of the gameplay. Demon souls was really not hard at all, it's other games that are just too easy.

ok i have an idea why not just make the wild bore/ thing with the tusks follow you to the dragon and have the dragons fire kill the wild bore?

@shepherd5555 all these enemies have a restricted area that they can move within. i dont think the bore thing is gonna be able to go that far. now i hope someone confirms this so that i dont sound like a dumbass

@taengbakados most people dont fight him on their first time through the level. i did and ended up beating him because i kept using my distance from him to get a swipe in and slowly widdled his health away without getting hit

@seanmitchell88 un true i faced him quite a bit when i was a noobie and as for how far he follows you i think its to the first catapult (that or he follows you to the tower of quick access lol one or the two) i managed to finaly beat him as a noobie priest before i beat the phalanx lol i was so proud of myself xD

@shepherd5555 Could work! You can also lure him to the few small torches in this area, and he will take a lot of damage, although I never got to try this, or get it on video.

So refreshing to see someone who doesn't suck playing the demo. It seems like nearly every other vid out there everyone playing expects to go all Kratos on everything, hacking and slashing away with gleeful abandon.

im seeing theres a difference in how you roll depending on your armor but it seems different like theres a normal roll (fast) a medium roll (normal speed) and the over weight roll (really slow 1) im happy about this because now how you roll depends on your equipment not your endurance

@chiknzrule99 If you've played Demons Souls you would know how the camera works. It's very good for a third person game. Sure, it can get in the way at times, but what third person game doesn't have camera problems? If anything, I just wish that it locked on to whatever is in the middle of the screen, rather than proximity.

@chiknzrule99 as with many 3rd person games, you control the camera. It's only bad if you suck at controlling it.

@Ombrenuit DS does have some pretty unforgivable camera issues... For example, in Valley of Defilement they didn't put enough camera collision around the environment, so you'd constantly get the camera caught behind planks of wood. They also have a lot of extremely narrow passageways (take the *super* narrow balconies of Tower of Latria for example) and don't compensate for that in any way with the camera (by taking it to a closer setting, expanding the FOV, or using a rail camera.)
