  • This came out so cute! Thanks for sharing!

  • Good video! Very helpful, creative and inexpensive.

  • I like ur idea :)

  • good idea! but i would go to fabric store ,buy some lace to cover and possiblt tie with ribbon. What's funny it looked tacky w/o jewelry. I was like ' huh?' but once earrings got placed it looked nice. you couldnt see the tights. lol. really crafty:)

  • tacky

  • How do you put the necklaces that drape on the hanger?

  • ur puff ??? lol

  • @telisarose oh like when you tie your hair, and the back of your head may be flatter than desired and you wanna have your hair a little pouf, tucked under the layers of hair to add some base so the final do looks more volumnious. I actually see people use it! (but in moderation.) And also, you can even cut the legging portions into tiny lil strips, twist your hair around them when damp, and tie the ends of the stretchy fabric together and go to sleep that way, the next morning, viola, curly hair

  • I think a cheap lace curtain cut to size or fun fabric would work great for this or a old tshirt :)

  • that's amazing!:L

  • I really love the look iam going to try it 1 to 10 you got a 10 !

  • Wow you go girl!

  • lol ghetto!!

  • Hi, nice idea!

LOOK MINE: DIY: Jewelry Hanger / porta-jóias feito de cabide

  • thanks girl this is terrific. so simple knew there had to be a better use for those things that i see in recycle garbage all the time. this is it. you can spray paint this too of put those last drops of nail polish you don;t want to throw away to color it up. lol

  • :) great!

  • @ShidaNatural this is such a great idea, i'm with the other guy who thought this was going to be the suckiest thing on you tube, i'm glad stuck through it to the end it came out great!!!

  • very nice! thanks!

  • Hi what a brilliant idea and very well explained. I make jewellery and sell it on my website radley-jewellerydocodotuk and I also sell on markets in the UK so I may make one of your display cases for my market stall. Keep up the good ideas.

  • woww really good idea!!!

  • I'll do this and use it for my earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings. And on the backside Im gonna put my headbands since I have tons of them. Thanks for the tip!

  • cool

  • whats a puff?

  • thank you

  • Btw wonderful video i'm gonna make one for all my knotted jewelry! Thanks sooo much! :D

  • Instead of using pantyhoes you could buy cheap fabric at a craft store so you get a full rectangle

  • That is a brilliant idea and I love your jewlrey style.

  • great idea. it doesnt look too appealing when you make it but after you add jewelry to it, it definitely has some pizazz.

  • clever idea girlfriend!

  • That's pretty cool for 3 dollars. I'm going to make one! It doesn't even look cheap at all!

  • good but um at big lots they have hude jewlry display things for under 5 $ i have a earring holder and it cost only 2 $

  • Thank You for taking time out of your day to make this video! This was very creative! And quite useful. Thanks again!!!

  • neat idea...this is going to be a craft at my daughter's slumber party. Teen girls will get 3 prs of earrings from me to start their display!

  • Wow...I was just thinking about buying a new jewelry box (a big one) because I don't have space for what all I got. Thank you for the idea. I'm loving it. Also, I already had everything in the video here at home..how convenient. Also, I'm starting a new jewelry business and I was going to buy tons of jewelry displays. Now I know I can just create some displays on my own. You made my day!

  • @avrilfantyse Awesome!!!

  • where can i find them undershelf basket? i looked at dollar general but it they dont have it..

  • I just know of Dollar General carrying it. Check some of the other Dollar Generals in your area.

  • thats so cool! im doing it!lol

    :)

  • Thanks!

  • it's very nice. i bought earrings like that at donnaliza. just searc.h donnaliza on google and you will find it

  • WOW thats sooo amazing, im gonna make one, thanks!!

  • Thank you very much, I'll try it out!

  • That's cool thank you! I'm so gonna do that.

  • very nice thank you,,,i will have to make one so i don' t keep loosing my stuff

  • What's a puff?

  • This is so awesome!!! I have to try this!!!

  • you could also use screen.. like for windows.. my aunt used to display her jewelry by taking a picture frame, and putting the screen in it, taking out the back, and hanging the frame on the wall, or on an easel when she would sell them.

  • Great idea. Could you use plastic canvas instead of panty hose?

  • I guess you could use whatever you want, as long as it works for you and your jewelry pieces.

  • This is a great idea! I'm a guy, so I don't have any earrings or bracelets to organize, but I'm pretty sure that this would be great to keep my sunglasses collection in order.

Thank you for the heads up!

    :)

  • This is great Shida, I'm currently in the process of displaying my jewelry and this will be great especially for displaying my larger earrings and thread earrings!

    Thanks for the info!

  • hope it works out for :-)

  • awesome, but did ur jewelery turn colors from bein on this display. silver jewelery or costume jewerly changes color from being exposed to the air

  • It's been almost 2 months since I've had my jewelry out in the air on this display, and my silver hasn't turned. You make a good point though cuz I usually keep my silver in plastic baggies, but I have a jewelry cloth, so if I see them start to tarnish, I'll just give em a nice rubbin.

  • Genuis! true Genius!! Thank you soooo much!! :)

  • Ur very welcome! :-)

  • I just realized you attached this vid to my vid and I am just now seeing it. So I approved it....sorry so long

  • That's ok girl... I overlook stuff many times.

  • Girl you are so creative! I would have never thought of that!

  • I love it... It definitely serves its purpose.

  • oh my goshhh 5 stars!! u are seriously a life saver

i have soo many necklaces and earrings and i cannot find anything under 25$ for a jewelry display organizer!!

    ive been looking everywhere

what an awesome idea thank you soo muchh

  • lol... I feel your excitement! I'm glad you found this how-to helpful.

  • Wow! Great idea I think I'll use my Y Fronts instead of the nylon though. And hang the whole thing on the wall.

    No Nails needed ha

  • Great idea; great video!

  • Thanks... I've already made my sister 2 of them and my daughter 1. It's sooooooo easy!... and very convenient.

  • I am so going to make me one of those, cuz my jewelry is all tangled up in three, yes, three containers! LOL...Thanks so much for the tip!

  • I love my jewelry display rack. Everything is viewable all at the same time.

  • great video!

  • Glad u like it.

  • I just made mine the other day and it's awesome! I'm an accessory junkie so I love the fact that everything is now organized. Thanks Shida!

  • I'm glad someone reported back that they made one. I just made 2 more last night... One for my daughter, and one for my sister who wants to use it to display jewelry she sells at her hair salon. My daughter chose a pink background, and my sister chose a black one. Maybe u cld send me a pic of it to my email rashida06@verizon(.)net

    shanicdesign(.) com

  • I'm glad you love it.

  • Great idea! How did you think of that? I am not creative at all

  • I was just browsing down different aisles hoping something would pop out at me... I got the the stocking idea from an earring vendor I saw at a flea market. She had all her earrings pinned in the nylon, and I said to myself, "That's a great way to display earrings."

  • very cool, i made an earring rack years ago out of a nylon and a picture frame.. but this is much more versatile since you can hang all jewelry and sunglasses!! Thanks

  • Yea, the moment I saw it in the store, I said, THAT'S PERFECT!

  • I have the shelf and just have been hanging my earrings on the little bars,

I never though about pinning some nylon up the to maximize space! Really good idea!

  • Yup! Get some tights on that rack girl... lol

  • Cool idea, thanks of sharing.

  • My pleasure

  • NICE!!!

  • Thank you... I thought it came out nice as well.

  • Thank you for the inspiration. :-)

  • oh my, what a great idea...thanks for sharing...i'm gonna try this!

  • Let me know how it comes out.

  • And you know what I been thinking of doing something like this cuz I cant see my earrings in a drawer lol.

Thanks for sending me the vid cuz dammit I didnt know how to do it lol.

  • Glad I could help cuz u def need to get them earrings out of the drawer and displayed. They will make a nice background in your make-up videos.

  • Ms. Shida with all those earrings you might need to make a 2nd one-lol--but this is a great idea!! I'm gonna have to make this!!! THANKS AND GOD BLESS!!!

  • I'll prolly need to make another one in a couple of months... lol

  • thank you,for this video
