  • I think it's all relative to the intensity and length of your workout. If you hit it really hard in the gym for 2 hours on like chest, legs, or back... It will take longer to recover, but if you don't have that much time and your workout is only like an hour or so, I find I don't get sore enough muscles and want to back training that part like 4 days later.

  • I'm a natural Bodybuilder myself and with right nutrition it is possible to train with a high volume program and get results not too disimilar of the pros. It is as simple as this, just train, eat, rest and grow. I'm 5 feet 11 inches tall and weigh 255 1bs with 15% bodyfat.

  • I have been training naturally for a year and am so intrested in any advice you have. I am now 6'2" and 220 pounds. I gained 20 pounds over the last year, added about 50 pounds to my bench press, and my workout split is legs, back, chest, shoulders & arms. Plus abs and traps when i can fit them in. But I don' do cardio and I have a bit of a gut. In the gym 5 days a week, 1 - 2 hrs each time.

  • With the volume those guys use, once a week is enough. I wouldnt follow there training, as there so pumped on roids and hormones there training doesnt matter
