4honors, there was no punchline. Not all humour uses one. This is simply a humour of circumstance, propped up by the relatability of us all knowing people who act similarly and the fact that most people have seen those movies so we know which parts he's talking about.

See how he expects characters to know things that the audience only knows because they've been given information that the character doesn't have? That's the main point of humour. It's not hilarious, but it's not invisible.
