hey i got a question what happens if you heve the boss key and you touch the song of time?

You have to get it again. The only thing you'd keep from a temple is the important item. No keys or anything.

the stone mask makes you invisible to the floating statues, too. i posted this on the 3rd video, but you can get the stone mask on your way from clock town to ikana valley. ride epona over 2 gates and use the lens of truth by a big bolder. a soldier will be lying against the bolder. give him a red potion while using the lens of truth, and he will give you the stone mask.
