It's the CS2 trailer music with the new characters music mixed with noel vs tsubaki theme. I'm guessing it's just really similar to you? They aren't, the pitches are all wrong and don't match up well. The emphasis timing, the riffs, and the rhythm (minus BPM) are the same however, but it applies to mostly every BB music track.
