never will you see a sign for 75mph in socal. Especially in a dense urban area. The fastest speed allowed is 70mph on I-215 south of Perris and along I-15 toward san diego

Reminds me of that horror movie Final Destination. His number came up that night, in a sad way & no form of disrespect, if you look at it this way, he was gonna die no matter what. He tried to get across safely, but he got killed anyways, either that or in his car, man it's sad & he was probably a young guy too, life is too fragile.
