no it does but only on ink, not paint- try chemicalyy removing ink with brake fluid and you get a solid ghost or hell just try it with brake fluid alone in the marker or mop and you'll see the solid ghost and if you cover it it will break through paint cleanly

Brake fluid makes your tags harder to buff because the drying time is longer when you put it in ink, which means that the ink can soak into the surface you write on for longer time.

Paint can not soak into materials like ink can, which means that there is no need to have brake fluid in paint, it will only make the drying time longer. But if you add brake fluid into paint, you can get longer drips because it takes more time for the paint to dry, which means it can go longer down the surface.

yeah but thats why they made paint thinner and primer it will give you the same results and it separates in paint so you have to shake it more often, and it also depends on whether your using solvent based or oil based paint (Brake fluid works better in solvent based paint)

You can't use Junobo like ink, it's a lot thicker than ink, you have to go through your tag slower.
