By using your theory, would it be a copy if a mobile phone company invents a touch phone like I-phone? the answer is no.

Every countries have advantages and disadvantages. So what i'm trying to prove is that Japan would be better in some area of technology, but at the same time Korea would be better than Japan in the other area of technology. So it would be stupid of you to say 'oh my your country copied my country' or 'my country is better than your country'.
