  • U went to high or to far

  • this is why a always go 2.4ghz

  • NO BIG DEAL....

  • It got full -pitch so that's why it came down so quike.

And it was the radio got wich disturbed by somthing.

A typical fail with a analog radio.

And it's named feathering shaft. Not feathering bar...

If it just was the mail ger detatched to the motor you would still fly a short time on aoutorotation.

  • i think the signal lost connection

  • im thinking the blades hit some thing

  • Maybe the Battery had a shortage

  • Why do Honey bee's have to be so popular! I can't find one anywhere! =(

  • watch it very closly at random the speed of the prop dropped significantly and obviously that means that there would be a sound from the viberations so at my very conclusion and deduction the radio antenna THE ONE ON THE HELI IT WAS LOOSE AND GOT COUGFHT BECAUSE OF a slight gust so yeah

  • somthing in the main gear

  • do u have my logo for the t-shirt??

  • Ya when you push the right stick forward it tends to do that lol jk

  • Your clues are the need for a replacement main gear, and that high pitched wirr you hear right as the heli drops. It would seem that your motor gear detatched from your main gear, causing a loss of power to the blades and the motor to spin up fast as a result, giving you the wirring sound.

  • @Brainchild110 it was a radio glitch for sure. :)

  • @Brainchild110 if u listen u can hear him flip the idle up switch. then he tried to lower the helicopter. the wirring sound didnt happen untill the heli hit the ground.

  • I think the main gear has stopped the rotor and the heli goes down.

  • A fix someone else did was to replace the dipswitch with a length of wire. My fix - Kit it out with a dx6i =P

  • This type of crash happens to people using any esky radio, be it FM or 2.4ghz. There is a set of dip switches under the batteries that control the mixing in the radio. One of these controls the collective direction (allowing the same radio to be used with the HBK3, Belt CP V2 and the HoneyBee CP2 which has a reversed collective for some unknown reason). These dip switches are poor quality and can reverse on you at any time. Happened to me on a couple of occasions throwing my Belt into the ground

  • down draft?

  • no chance every time crash

  • maybe one of the gears locked up or something or maybe the motor died

  • its typical ESKY? you mean that esky is the worst brand on rc helis? :S dont scare me man my 2 helis are esky

  • @heberorozco LOL it happens to many RTF helis with FM radio. 2.4G is best choice

  • @alishanmao Radio interference of the highest order!!! FM radio waves were interupted by a burst, or magnetic anomaly

  • @heberorozco no way man. i have 4 helis that r esky. never had any problems that were because of the helicopters.

  • @coop6288 me either man! :) i guess that i will buy the belt cp v2 for christmas =D

  • Electronics need to be check by a certified electricin lol

  • 2.4 forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • you can but do not make any chances to any of video descriptions or any other video parts. cuz if you did, I will come at you with copyright and ask you to remove it.

  • @alishanmao lol

  • how many honey bee kings did u crashed?

  • just this one, over and over and over again until i decided to let it sit in pieces in a box lol

  • yeah! dazh is right! It's a pilot error! LOL!

  • interferance you are on mhz get your self a 2.4chz radio and save yourself loads of money

  • had a serious crash and am sure it is tx. I have noticed that if the batteries go down a little the range is crap. It seems to consume them at the rate of knots.

  • First thanks for all the video's they have been huge help. I have a king 3 and same thing happened to me but fortunately at low altitude. I inspected thoroughly but seemed to be nothing wrong. So carried on flying with no mishaps so far. Maybe just cheap radio, interference. Puzzling though

  • i tried flying mine and it never went off the ground!! i was pressing the up throttle and it then started to lean forward and flip out. i could not stop it either so the wings broke off. any ideas please.

  • thats typical ESKY, no explanations. Get more parts ready or throw it away and buy a Drago450SE V2 ;)

  • looks like something or someone pulled the heli down so rapidly.. hehehe.. seriously, looks something triggered the negative pitch maybe..?

  • its typical ESKY hehehehe

  • i just orderd this heli and i was wondering does the main gear strip out alot?

  • yup, it does

  • hi do u no eney good 3d helis for about 120 can u please help me out thanks

  • email me and i can help you get a TREX 450 Clone Full Metal heli under 200 USD :)

  • LOL that must be hilarious

  • Strange! One second it was there and then 0.1 of a second later it was gone! hehehhe :D

  • you are lucky it was on long grass, when my heli decided to do that it was on the road :(

  • Yeah i'm with every one else on this one mate, radio glitch don't think it would happen with 2.4ghz do you ;-) 5*

  • Totally Agreed :) also due to main rotors moving way too fast could have caused the ESC to go num LOL

  • I'm happy that i have a 2,4 ghz control.. use it on all planes and helis.. damn that is bad.. but cheap parts though

  • yup, I am going to get a new 2.4G soon

  • I believe from just watching the footage that it was glitch in the transmitter that caused it to nose dive.

  • Agreed

  • it was a ufo dint you se

  • Ah damn, I did not see it. where was it?

  • should be a gitch. it has autorotation so you can rule out the power shortage or striped gear.

  • Definitely. It went down on full main rotor speed :) so agreed i need a 2.4G

  • it might be a sudden power shortage

  • Nops. :) could be a glitch ;) radio one

  • sounded like main gear striped cuz u can hear the motor rev up as it drops

  • but in that case the heli main blades should not change the pitch to go down that way. I have had those main gears ripping during flight and we landed heli well with auto rotation.

  • yep most likely a radio glitch, bad luck chap

  • ESKY Stock Radio suck. I have heard people crying with ESKY 2.4G even lol

  • Well at least the damage was minimal. :-)

  • Yup, but did you watch the serious crash of HBK3? LOL its now sitting for some serious repairs.

  • It could of been a radio glitch, because you are usesing the stock Tx and not a 2.4ghz one right?

  • yes sir. and ESKY Radios suck
