For the security shoulders, you have to get 750 GS for halo 3. they will glitch so go for 850.

For recon you have to complete all of the vidmaster challenges, or a bungie member gives it to you.

The commando shoulders are unlocked by default. GET IT RIGHT.

there is a glitch in halo 3 where armor permeantations dont show up im sorry to say your apparantly getting its full furt :( however it might be resolved to have ALL without exception to have all 49 of the games initial achivments. Im afraid thats all i can tell you.

You screwed up on marathon armor, you said you need all terminals for shoulders, but I have no terminals and all armors in game(other than recon, that is) INCLUDING marathon. You need 800 achievements for the game to achieve them. FIXED

You can get the recon armor if you're not a bungie employee, you just have to go on their website and make them laugh with a funny death. This does'nt aleays work, but I know people who have gotten it.

Actually, to get the Marathon shoulders, you need 750 gamerscore or above. Thanks for how to get the Elite armor, its so tricky to figure out.
