  • If this roll does indeed date from the 1920's, then we are most probably hearing the piano playing of Gershwin himself, playing his own music !

  • Somehow more musical than the Duo-Art issued with Gershwin at the keys. Ampico has a tad more lilt, subtlety, and rhythmic accuracy, I've noticed.
