  • ryanair is poop

  • @verushka22 you're absolutly RIGHT..!!!

  • ryanair is the worst thing that can happen to you when something goes wrong. Whether it;s a snowstorm, strike of the air-traffic controlers or a typical delay. Usually there is no ryanair ticket counter, there is no person in-charge. A disaster. After the last incident i promised myself never to pay them again.

  • I usualy fly with Ryanair, and have no complaints. Ryanair made travelling possible for everyone. They give you what you pay for! I have never paid more than the first price, no surprises at the airport. If you follow their "rules" you don't pay for anything else.

  • Ryanair forever

  • If you dont like Ryanair dont fly with them.. fly BA and pay half your salary... stop moaning.

  • Solution is simple, no? If you want service and a smile, skip low-budget airlines and splurge on the others. What you're paying for is what you get. Perhaps they could improve their service, but I have never used Ryanair but I have used Easyjet once and they were fine - no hassle, no bull. I think that's what they're trying to sell. Prefer to be pampered? Then get ready to pay.

  • @nineixnayes completely agree with you.I flew with many airlines,I have to say that Ryanair is very good airline. Not enough space to straighten your legs, delays often, airports far from town centre, but it is very cheap compared to others and other services are perfect.

  • @Tr0lIed ryanair cost me over 200 pounds and still got awful service...so yea...i agree with the rest...they suck!

  • @frenchymia1982 so,why did you fly with ryanair,if it was so expensive?

  • @Bombik83 because i had no idea i will have to pay more at the airport..this is why..i flew with them once...and won't happen again. but as i say, it is just me...i prefer to pay the exact price and don't want to get surpised or annoyed at the airport.

  • @frenchymia1982 Yeah,I get you....i didn t fly for a couple years,was buying tickets recently....I must say,it is getting worse and worse ((((((((

  • @Bombik83 i think most of airlines companies are like that...i think we have to be more careful about their policy..it keeps changing over the years.

  • You buy it, you fly it!!

  • Ryanair really are shite. The staff are unfriendly and are more interesting in loudly bantering with each other than in looking after travellers; the website is complicated (indeed, in each of the languages I have used it in) and one can only complain to them via letters.

  • @IanM1984 oh,come on,I did complain other the phone and they changed my ticket and service was ok.Depends on crew

  • @Bombik83 If one has a phone that can ring abroad (i.e. to Ireland) then fair enough. I would not consider it to be asking much though to be able to complain online, rather than send letters, which is what I was told to do.

  • @IanM1984 sending letters - that is ridiculous.in that way I agree with you.

  • What is the music at 3:15 ?

  • At 2:40 the song I like to hear when I'm depressed!

  • Ryanair is the most successful airline in Europe and probably one of the most successful in the world. Clearly the way that they operate is the correct way! Why should somebody with no hold luggage pay the same fare as those carrying loads, when they are making it more expensive for the company to transport them? Yes this programme points out some bad probelms, but all airlines make mistakes. O'Leary once said in an interview "occassionally we are wrong". No company on this planet is perfect!

  • @FRplane

    "occasionally"? LOL

  • i had a speedy boarding pass but oh no they dont give a shit they have your money and let you on with people who dont have them i think ill stick to british airways

  • @EbonyWestwoodMusic

you wont die. RA has good planes + pilots.unfriendly cabin crew, . Maybe they had a long day working? The hidden prises are right, few staff on ground, i think that depends per airport + amount of flights to handle. If i would live in AMS, i would go fly via AMS with KLM. But for me was cheaper inc. hidden charges to go via the Weeze airport that is near my home and cheaper to travel to. Inc, suitcase. Good luck! RA is not that bad, and not that great

  • @EbonyWestwoodMusic It's just as safe as any other airline. Just a rip off. Make sure you have everything done by their rules, like baggage, weight, don't be late, make sure you have paid your ticket fees within 15 days. It is safe, just a total maze of caches, all of which can be avoided.

  • @Tr0lIed i couldnt have said it better myself, some people think there gona be on a BA flight when they fly with ryanair, go get a fucking taxi to your destiantion and see how comfy ye are then and also sell a kidney for the price ryanair is awesome ive save thousands with them to be fair

  • your man at the start of the vid lmfao what a complete and utter muppett """ ohh its ghaaaaassstly""""" fucking english ponts

  • It shouldnt exist. Fucking company...

  • RyanAir is bottom!

  • I like Ryanair, it´s cheap so I don´t expect anything! I know that the crew isn´t very friendly, but I wouldn´t be friendly if I saw their salary!

  • @wesseldewerk are you kidding? i hope it was a once off for you, most of ryanairs crew are european and from my experience are the nicest people i have ever met, dont be such a clown commenting on peoples salary wshen you know nothing about it

  • so.. out of 23 voters... 6 are happy customers?

  • ya...FR is cheap in its headline fare, but after adding up the basic stuff that major carriers offer, especially big names like SQ, EK, CX, VS, BA, AF, etc, FR is expensive. Air fares should be fairly priced and can cover cost..

  • I think Ryanair is brilliant, not everyone can afford goin on BA or any flag carrier, if you can go STN-SXF for 5 euro, thats cheap, and you get what you PAY for!

  • EVERYONE HATES RYANAIR

  • @Aviationnation10 EXCEPT ME!

  • @alicejdnsk your on your own

  • @betsiej yes if you have to save the extra few cent for a "cheap" fare your retarded add on everything and it costs more are you serious?

  • @betsiej If you want to live a life of shit Quality thats your choice

  • @betsiej thee Service on BA is X10000 times better than Ryanair youd get more comfort in a cattle market BA have complimentry refreshments,no check in fee,no cc fee,no claim fee, free 23kg bad allowance,2 items of cabin baggage

  • @ewilson1 fare is cheap nothing else is

  • @betsiej Your not seeing the bigger picture you have to go out of your way so much for the "cheap fare" when at the end of the day BA would be cheaper

  • Ryanair twice a month for me. Only ever been late once in over 10 years and I never pay more than the advertised price.

  • oh so, £5 to check in online and £5 to pay by card, BOO HOO!! TEN pounds more!! Go with a different airline then - oh wait, that would cost you two HUNDRED pounds more. Ohhhh I see... so Ryanair IS cheaper, even WITH it's added costs. As long as you're sensible, check in online, bring the minimum amount of luggage etc, then you'll still get a decent (albeit basic) service at a ridiculously cheap price!

  • @alicejdnsk and its up to £6 for both now and there new £2 charge for if your stranded add bags etc its NOT cheap

  • @Aviationnation10 lol so £3 more in total then?! and how much would it cost if you went with a "good" airline? at least £100 with British Airways, and that's on a good day! If you look for the best price and are careful with your packing you can go on holiday for 20 quid with ryanair, I've done it loads of times, and they're never late, and when I had to get on with my cello they were really helpful

  • @alicejdnsk 6+6+3=14 LEARN TO COUNT BA to Madrid £60 Ryanair lets say 20 add on 6+6+3+30 for a 20kg bag (BA 23kg FREE) Ryanair costs that makes Ryanair £65 so its dearer than the "Airline" with free bags 2 carry on items, refreshments, award winning service thats criminal

  • @Aviationnation10 that means it's £4 more than it was before. If you reeally really need all the extras, 2 suitcases, a meal etc then yes u probably are better off going BA. HOWEVER, if u don't HAVE £120 (presumably you'd need a return ticket...) it is perfectly possible to get a REALLY good deal with ryanair, eg. cram all your clothes into your handluggage, eat before you go to the airport, read the instructions properly so you DON'T end up paying silly extras then you can get a return for £20.

  • @alicejdnsk Are you thick or what WHY should you have to cram all your stuff WHY do you have to go out of your way so much for a "Cheap fare" theres no way you can get £20 return the CC fee,Check in and cancelation levy add up to £24 alone do your maths FR is not worth the bother and the horror you live once and not to be cramed on a Ryanair "Plane" if you can call them that get shouted at every 2 seconds by a polish bitch trying to sell SHITE who the fuck would go on hols with 10kgs NO ONE

  • @Aviationnation10 Why?? because if you don't have the money then you have two choices: cram your clothes into a rucksack and fly ryanair or DON'T GO. Lucky you if you're so rich you don't have to worry about that. And yes you CAN get a return ticket for £20, I did it twice last year, it was like £5 each way for the tickets, no taxes, and then like £5 each for check-in and paying by card. And I don't know why ppl complain about the service, sure its not 1st class but why would you expect ...

  • @alicejdnsk id rather stay at home than go on holidays with Ryanair no thanks cram 2 weeks of clothes in a 10kg bag haha ryanair are shitty id only use them when i have to

  • @Aviationnation10 ...1st class if you're paying under £50? Most flights to europe don't even last as long as my bus ride to the city centre every morning and yet on a bus or train you don't even get a seat half the time and people accept it as normal but on a plane journey lasting the same amount of time for some reason people expect 1st class service. Well if ur such a snob then fine, just pay extra for BA. I'd rather have the option to cut out the suitcase, meal and pay less.

  • @alicejdnsk i never said 1st class for £50 you dope you pay £1 for a bus and you dont have to pay £5 to check in £5 to use a credit card and £2 for rights to claim your clearly poor if you cant afford £60

  • @Aviationnation10 I didn't say you did say that. I just meant a 1 way ticket on ryanair will nearly always be under £50 so why would you expect really good service? Also a bus costs £1 but it also only takes you about 5 miles. Ryanair can take you 500 miles or more in the same amount of time so obviously it'll be more expensive.

And it would be £120 with BA if you wanted to come home.

And yes I am very poor. Ah well, at least my fellow tramps aren't choosy so I can get a boyfriend easily.

  • @alicejdnsk the Fare will most likely be under £50 cc fee £6,check in £6,cancel levy £2 bag £25 your NOT seeing the bigger picture add it all up and work it out Ryanair is NOT cheap that £120 includes EVERYTHING check-in,bags,food,drink,fare,central airport, comfort, serivce, fellow tramps? thats nice lol

  • @Aviationnation10 when I said "fare" i meant the total cost.many of the "fares" are £15 or under. If u look for a £10 fare with 0 tax each way (they exist) then£6 check-in,£6 card then it's £32 TOTAL. I got a return for £20 TOTAL last year.My mate got a return to france for £31 TOTAL last week. He won't be moaning bout lack of waitress service. The other shit you can do without! eg.sandwiches cost £6 so eat BEFORE u go! bring water. I'm not a princess so i don't need free champagne.

  • @alicejdnsk the Fare is NOT the total price im not even bothering argueing with you any more if your that fucking cheap to save 2 fucking cent to fly with Ryanair then your life is just sad did you ever hear live a little o and in case you didn't know you cannot bring water past security if you want ti "sit" for 3 hours without feeling your legs you could at fucking least fly with EasyJet your just poor! save money and fly with an "Airline"

  • @Aviationnation10 are you being deliberately retarded? earlier I said "fare" when I meant "total price". My bad, sorry. But it is clear from my last post that if you get a FARE for £5 or £10 then you can get a TOTAL PRICE of under £30 RETURN which is a LOT cheaper than you'd get with ANY other airline, even other budget ones, and even cheaper than a train from say london to liverpool which is a lot shorter distance and a lot less comfortable.

  • @alicejdnsk yes total price, the days of Ryanairs 1 cent flights are LONG GONE a few years ago yes not anymore nor would you get £5 or £10 really did you consider Ryanair charge up to £100 for a hold bag? the fact they fly to far out Airports costing you more to get to your intended destination Travel is supposed to be Relaxing, enjoyable and exciting none of which you will get when "Flying" Ryanair, im sorry but the word "Comfortable" in the same as Ryanair is crazy NEVER

  • @Aviationnation10 U dont read.yes u CAN still get fares for £5, LAST WEEK my mate got a RETURN flight from France to scotland for £31TOTAL.If ur rich then just go with BA. To be honest, when Im rich I will too. But just stop complaining. It's like saying Caviar is better than baked beans coz it tastes better. Yeah it does, but its good that beans exist too coz most ppl can't afford caviar so if we only had caviar most ppl wud starve. An if we didn't have ryanair most ppl wudnt be able to travel.

  • @alicejdnsk NOPE the lowest they have had in ages is £6 so 6x2=31? Cavair is MANK! and Beans are actually very healthy! Fly EasyJet at least! it is really worth that little bit extra Ryanair scam people and strand you in the end there not cheap

  • @Aviationnation10 Oh btw also about the flying to far-out airports, not necessarily. just been checking out BA flights to Pamplona where I was living last yr. The closest airport to pamplona is Zaragoza, which ryanair does fly to from my home airport (stansted) but with BA i'd have to fly from heathrow (miles from my home) at 6am to MADRID (6 hours from Pamplona). AND their website is absolutely crap coz you can't see all the destinations. Ryanair all the way.

  • @Aviationnation10 "live a little"??that's what I do coz unlike some ppl who are such fucking snobs that they expect to be treated like princes and princesses on planes I don't care if I don't get a meal on a 2 hour flight which is why I was able to travel all over Europe last year,an had loads of money left to have fun while i was there instead of spending all my money on the plane journey like some retards do.Ryanair is better than: trains, buses, tube train and long car journeys with parents.

  • @Aviationnation10 oh and talking about trains, they cost FAR more than an average ryanair flight to go a shorter distance in a longer time and with FAR worse service. If ryanair ran the trains in this country I would never use my car again. I flew with them 8 times in the last year alone and their service isn't bad, it's just basic. And whenever I needed help they were really good - again, wouldn't get that on a bus or a train. But if u think you're the queen just go with a different airline!!

  • @alicejdnsk ha a train isnt yellow on the inside id rather walk than go on holidays with hoboair there is NO SUCH thing as service on hoboair youd get better service down the dog kennels

  • @Aviationnation10 aaahahahaha!! can't argue coz I'm too busy laughing. you've got a point about the yellow. And the dog kennels.

  • Horrible experience flying with this airline. You get what you pay for, and I'll pay for it next time willingly. O'Leary won't be another penny from me.

  • what would you raver do pay £200 for a flight or £20 for a flight with ryanair

    think about it

  • @thomsonfly212 exactly! i love ryanair, how can you beat a return ticket for 15 quid?

  • @thomsonfly212 £200

  • Why do people complain? This is simply market forces in action. If you don't like poor service, delays and problems then go elsewhere and pay more or don't travel in the first place. And who cares about customers anyway? What is important is shareholder value and profit bonuses for those at the top. So shut up, pay your taxes that subsidise bankers profits and keep voting for the political parties that keep the system in place. It's your kids who'll really end up paying the real cost anyway.

  • @38dragoon38 Flying is ruined by that retard pay to go for a piss? FUCK OFFF

  • Michael is an Irish patriot.

  • Michael O' Leary is a legend!

  • Ryanair make me ashamed to be Irish and who are (not) Ireland's national airline - it is very worrying that other airlines are trying to copy them, especially with cutting costs relating to safety & security - its totally unacceptable that they are ripping off passengers and they give the whole airline industry a bad name

  • @dublinmanc Ryanair have Ruined flying and there actually not that cheap

  • If anybody knows how to fly with Ryanair, there´s no problem. There are people who don´t know how to fly with them, they forgot to on-line check-in their boarding pass, they have too heavy luggage, they are keep complaining.

  • @mynosferatu Ryanair are the worst and hardest to fly with think of older people that don't know this and get caught by that money grabber
