if you're on a budget, sometimes you have to eat canned food. there's only so much you can do with limited funds...especially if you have feed not just yourself, but your family. Any affordable alternatives to canned food would be appreciated.

consider all the negative effects of eating canned food regularly it wouldn't be worth it in the long run =) ummm.. some affordable alternatives are
Frozen foods or buying locally* doing this would really be a great and affordable alternative. Also, normally is something is really cheap isn't not always the healthiest for you. most of the time it's NOT.

What can I do to drink water than? Every water comes in plastic.

@happyfeet5817 no not all water comes in plastic there are companies who put there
water in glass bottles or you can use a filter from home and store it in a safe container. "o"
and some drinks in plastic may say BPA Free you just have to look for it =)
also here is a pointer most water in plastic water bottles are tap water... CNN talked about
that years ago.. so feel free to go to there website a look it up =)
that may also make you not waste your money..
