- You want your handheld to be discontinued in one year.

- You want to play handheld Nintendo games up until the end of this year, and don't care to ever play a handheld game again.

- You like PS1 graphics and nothing better.

Also, the 3DS DOES NOT mess with your eyes. If it does, that's why you have a slider to tone it down, or to remove it. Removing it altogether doesn't mean you're "missing out" on anything...you still get a nice clear screen.

@Airking11 I don't "love" PSP graphics. I like my DS much more than my PSP, I think the DSi is a rip off because it has the same res display and plays the same games as DS lite. It only has terrible quality cameras. Also it doesn't support R4, so I can't use homebrew or pirate games.

I have a two PSP's and two DS Lites (One broken) and I have to say I have a much more better experience with the DS Lite, it's just so much more fun, I hardly touch my PSP as I hate all the games for it, and believe me I have loads, I'd much rather spend a whole day playing Mario Kart DS over (>_> Little Big Planet and eww.. naruto)

the dsi is awesome if i were i would trade because u cannot do much with a plain ds just play games bt if u get a dsi u dont need millions of game cartriges u can mess with the camera and its always fun or draw like color the whole screen a color on camera take a pic and it will show up that color like a backround and u can edit and draw! the dsi is worth it and i love messing with the sound! the dsi is awesome!

ok heres the story i have the itouch 2g ds lite,dsi and psp 3000.i love all of them but ive gotta say,i love the dsi more then the psp itoutch and ds lite.dsi is recommended by me and of coarse, the DSi is very fun to play with and its not a cheap system,so get the DSi if your stuck between a choice of psp i touch or dsi!!!

i think it was quite worth it, the acecard 2i with a dsi are an amazing couple, they consist of 2 unique menus and features such an snes, nintendo 64 emulators so you woul be able to play "the legend of zelda ocarina of time" which you cannot do on the lite. i think XD

The DSi does not have a slot to play Gameboy Advanced games. But you may be able to re buy the games as downloadable content at a later date.

The camera is a fun enough novelty. If your GBA cartridges don't get played then it would be worth it to upgrade to the DSi.

I think this is better than the psp, BUT the only reason for that is that is has a camera in it, and two I have had really bad experience with psp's "Customer Service". Nintendo has not yet argued with me or has yet put me on hold when I needed it. I really prefer Nintendo over Sony, and nintendo has been in the hand held gaming from the Get-go. They know what they are doing and they serve it well.
