  • Best tutorial for us naturals

  • @Makemb Why are you writing this everywhere except where you are supposed to write it? Go to my channel and watch the video that starts playing. When it says click here and you see a grey box with words that says click here., click there. It will take you to the video. You don't write this on any of my videos. I am not giving the contest. Natural Heart Awards are having the contest so you need to subscribe to them and click on the links and write the stuff on their videos. Did u watch the video?

  • I didn't even realize you had this channel (besides "lilchez1") so I just got your message about this vid. Thanks so much! :) My first attempt was" whack" but now that I see the rear of yours, I will try again. Gotta get the number and spacing of the twists right. Thanks again, just subscribed to this channel too.

  • @naturallypeaceful Lol. I was wondering why you never said anything about it. Yeah the porosity of the twists can be tricky. Mine are thin in the front and sides and then starts getting real thick in the back. I don't know why I find it so hard to use bobby pins. lol. I can take me forever to get it right in the back if I cared. I just had to stop caring and make the front look better to make up for the back. Lol. Keep trying though. It'll get easier I hope.

  • That is the first protective style that I would actually wear outside! Love it!

  • @Apryle2009 Awesome. Glad you like it.

  • My earlier reply went bye-bye. I leave a few twists out in the front on one side and spiral curl on a sponge roller. A fringe bang. Thanks for responding!

  • That's a cute style. I've rocked that many a time, with a couple of twists hanging down on one side in the front.

  • @kanon1964 Oh cool. What do you mean. You pinned the front twists to one side?

  • Oh wow! I love it..I need to try this.

  • @victoria0402 Thanks sis. Yeah try it out!

  • looking good girl

  • @sistersotrue28 Thank you much!

  • I like that...I was bored with just two strand twists but this is a simple yet cute style...U may wanna try the smaller combs they come in packs of 4 but they may not work cuz you have some thickness going on lol...P.S. YOUR FOREHEAD IS NOT BIG LOL

  • @wladytray You know what? I have some smaller ones too. I used them in Style 2. I should just stick to pins. It is all pretty hard to me though with or without twists it seems like I don't know where to put them to make it stay and not hurt. The twists are too spacy. I find them hard to handle. When I get my hair up and neat I don't ever want to touch it again. Lol. You think its thick? I feel like its SO thin. Maybe it thickening up and I havent paid attention. I hope so. Thanks!

  • @ChasingMoonlite Oh well black hair is kinky or tightly curled and can dry very easily. The ends can break easily. It makes people think that black hair doesn't grow but it grows at the normal rate. The ends just break off and the hair stays the same length. Since the ends are the oldest part of the hair it is fragile. Protective styles are when you hide or tuck away the ends to protect them from touching clothing etc and from sun, wind and other damaging things. It saves the ends & hair grows.

  • @ChasingMoonlite Thanks Honey. I'm feeling a lil better. Just waiting til my cramps go away. I get them for 3 days and then they stop. Tomorrow should be a better day.

  • I love these simple little hair styles u always do..u give me great ideas

  • @UTubeuzername84 Thanks. I try to keep it simple. Post your ideas up as a response video if ya wanna.
