What I never get about most hair transplants, is that they create a shape of hairline that is not common in 'natural' hair. Either people have a lower ("youthfull") straighter and 'stronger' hairline, or It will receide in a certain shape. However, the shapes created with most hair transplant do not resemble any of the norwood scales really well. It's like a mixture of a few which makes them often look unnatural. Also the hairlines are always way too "neat". Naturally hairlines are a bit messier

Can't they take hair from all over so you don't have a scar line? What if you want short hair on the side of your head?

1000 grafts is good for coverage. Most hair centers use three times as much for this kind of result.
