stupid doesnt articolate and is too long here easy way:

1) hold down volume and middle selesct button

2) still holding both buttons hit the reset button

3) continue holding until a message pops up

4) press up volume

done it is that easy

if you have one from telus. youll have to press the power button also... it's a little bit different for the telus users.

you have to press Power button, volume down, back arrow and hold these buttons until you press and release the red reset button with the stylus. this will launch the bootloader

you have to press both volume keys and center button at the EXACT same time ? Because i tried many many times and it does simply a normal reset... i don't know what to do. ive installed a cab from xda that kinda "deactivate" the touch screen and now when I try to plug my phone with activesync, the pc just recognize the phone as an "external drive". i cannot change with the d-pad the selection to "active sync" when im connecting my phone.

Ok for those who have a HTC Diamond Victor (P3700) from Telus. To launch the bootloader, you have to press the POWER button, Volume down and the back arrow at the same time. You hold these buttons, then press the reset button with the stylus and hold it until the phone reboot itself.

For a hard reset, I don't know what's the trick exactly but I guess you just have to hold these buttons except the back arrow...
