Wait a second: I`m a huge Satriani and Vai fan but I admit Slash has a way of performing as expressive as the other two masters. He put so much soul into this solo, and yes, he may be part of the commercial side of music ( he played for Paulina Rubio ), but that doesn`t mean he`s an amazing guitar player anyway.

I agree 100% man!  Slash is on the commercial side of music, but he is different than most. He doesn't like rap, even though I think he laid down guitar parts for one or two rap songs.
