I managed to finish this level in less than an hour. I just did the following:

1. capture the first town as quickly as possible after building your temple

2. complete the bell puzzle

3. get your creature to eat Adam

4. beat the ogre by simply healing when your health is low

Once your stop the fireballs from raining down, this island is actually pretty easy. Unless your a evil god and your destroy your buildings and ppl to impress them!

my dad is like the best at this game (not realy) but on the 2nd level he made a whole ton of wonders and spent like 7 hours shooting wood and food down the portal (he did this on a saturday)

Ehm, eigenlijk heb je een cruciale fout gemaakt. De "bliksempilaren" creeërden ook regen, en die regen doofde meestal het vuur dat in je dorp kwam. Soms was ik totaal de *** omdat m`n dorp steeds werd verbrand. De Ogers die steeds aankomen rennen kan je gewoon pletten met stenen, dus die zijn niet de echte obstakels.

The fireballs dont really make it THAT hard, you just have to build all your buildings again, every 12 minutes. The REAL Danger is the Troll group wich will kill all your people within the first few trys.

My Tipp: Build your town near the villige wich you are supposed to convert first.

The skirmsish game (is that how it is called?) is a really good place to teach your creature some good miracless.

Nice guide. I always got stuck on island 4 because my whole village was killed before i could reach the monster. How do I keep them all from dying while im fighting the monster? The fireballs keep killing me :(

U can first complete the quest which stops the fireballs or do the quest for fighting with the ogre before the fireballs do any arm to your village. But then u must be very quick.

That's really strange, cuz your creature should remember everything. Maybe if you download the patch from the Lionhead Studios, or you could reinstall B&W. Otherwize I don't know, srry :(

another piece of advice: on island 4; convert the first village ASAP, you have around 12-15 mins before the fireballs actually start damaging you properly.

if you put the game in slomotion (Alt + 2) and grab a fireball and hold that one in your hand, you can absorb the other fireballs if you don't release the one in your hand. That way, you don't get any damage! (warning, the ball in your hand gets bigger every time you absorb another, in time, the light of your fireball will cover the entire screen (releasing it will bring it back to normal size!)

I can assure you this island 4. In island 3 Lethys captures your creature. After you get your creature back, Lethys creates a vortex to island 4. In island 4 you need to get the 3 guardian stones. That's exactly what you see in this vid (and the other parts that will follow). Also in island 4 your village is attacked by the fireballs of Nemesis. You can also see that in this vid.

Whta i love to do is put either a teleport or a scafold next to the Vortex and watch the villagers go to worship or build and i get instant extra villagers. Un fortunately that leaves me with such high food desires it Usualy means i never get to see the Flag completely down

First of all, if u r in island 3 and the portal apears, throw as many ppl as u can in the portal, so ur villagers wouldn't die that easily.

Behind your temple is a stand with a shield-miracle on it. In the beginning when u don't need it yet, put the miracles next to the stand and collect as many as u can, so u have enough when the fireballs put real damage to your village. (My English is even worse xD)

Well, go to the other village and when u have conquered it, activate the scroll. When u've completed it, the fireballs will stop.

idk about the song but can u make a special one that tells people how to make your city so that the fireballs wouldn't burn your city to the ground...lol thats what always happens to me

The secret is to always put people to dance for you in the temple... this is gonna sustent the power of the shield miracle...

At the same time, send your creature to the village with the next piece to gain beliefs to you... you gonna gain some time while creature is there to expend your influence with you first village to this second...
