Elle can manipulate electricity. Her father is head of the company. Apparently he and Noah Bennet both have daughters, but Claire has a semi-pleasant life, while poor Elle is tested to the max. Each of them would've had to use their power to the max if they stayed with the company. Elle had to make whole neighborhoods' power go out, and claire would've been cut apart to see to what extent she can heal herself. But claire is protected by Noah Bennet, so she doesn't have to suffer.
I love ELLE!! I want her to be a part of the good guys! She would, maybe just maybe, look a little bit like anya from buffy (a funny reformed badass!) :D Can't wait! Great vid by the way ;)
