I have got a question for both dizzy and den are two totally basing your remarks about John on this video or have you seen ohter recent things as well? Everyone is entitled to their opinions but I think you both are very harsh and critical about John and he isn't even my favorite! I am a long time Simon fan! We all have aged and I am sure neither one of you are as pretty as you used to be! I will agree Roger looks great better than he did in the 80's, but that's all I agree with you about.
The only time John looked lovely was before the 90s I can't understand why everyone thinks he still looks great, he really doesn't, he has a hardened, drug affected face with small eyes and thin lips, he looks like Steve Tyler! I know this comment will get thumbs down but it's the truth. Roger has aged the best out of Duran and I never even liked Roger so much, I loved Simon John and Nick.
What a shame, and I agree with you. Drugs has taken away his good looks and a chunk of his speech pattern ..have you heard him speak these last few years? Theres a "ummmmm" and "uhhhhh" through most of any interview. Anyway he gets my vote for the hottest guy in the 80's.
