I think he meant tic-tac and called it kick turning, but it's hard to say for sure because he actually did do both.

I think Gonz was at least fuckin with him a little bit. When he asked him about the 360's, he knew this guy was kind of full of shit. If Gonz was serious, he would have been more specific, like, 360 power-slide, 360 ollie, or even just 360 wheelie, but not just "360". He wanted to see what this guy would pull out of his ass when he said that. Andy may be nice, but he obviously liked to hear himself talk, and I don't think he really knew who the legend was that he was talking to.
