@APCFan227 That's exactly what I felt when I got my first Les Paul. The problem is that time was passing by and my Stratocaster was held back, never played. When I played my Stratocaster again it FELT SO MUCH VERSATILE and so GOOD! Strats do good in any music genre. :D

It still looks pretty hardcore today watching Jimi doing that. Imagine what it was like for an audience back in the day without all the information we have at our finger tips now. It really was a more innocent time for a lot of folk. Teenagers today can find out all kinds of weird shit on the net, back then cinema news reels were not so long in the past (LOL) so to actually witness this was probably pretty scary for lots of the audience. I bet the hippies and stoners loved it though :)
