yes, he does... but the story of this game ends right at the end of the Sasuke and Itachi fight. Honestly, I would rather have Sasuke with the Curse Mark though. It would be pointless if he had the Mangyeko, cuz him and Itachi would have the same powers.

Every game will take you through the whole of the Naruto Shippuden story so you will get both. they just won't be usable at the same time. like you probably will see 4 tailed Naruto but not usable with Sage Mode Naruto.
