@BlueFireWitch, That's called circular reasoning. Your argument would only be true if your premise is valid: You never demonstrated the validity of your premise and worldview, which is Animism and Wiccan. Everyone would use magic only if your wordview is true.
@Pilgrim1411 I don't need to as this video is for people who already share my worldview. Furthermore, regardless of what you call it, magic is sending out of energy for a specific purpose. That's exactly what they are doing. So I don't need to prove that magic existst to prove that they are practicing it under our worldview of what it is.
@BlueFireWitch Furthermore, EVERYONE on this earth at one point does this. The definition of magic is in the video. YOu should have been able to figure this out if you actually watched the video. I can only assume that you had a kneejerk reaction without even watching it.
@BlueFireWitch, It would be like me saying everyone outside Christianity worships the devil. Christians simply understand this. This is true only if my belief and worldview are true --which they are. You deny this, but I affirm it.
The Bible can only be understood by those that believe. If you do not believe the words will just be foolishness to you. It makes no sense because the vision of your mind and heart are clouded by the lies of the god of this world. I pray that the God of all glory will interrupt your life with the truth. It is the only thing that can save you. Christians have not need of black magic. They put their faith in God and let Him fight their battles. "Even the demons believe in God, and tremble."
@springingforward That makes no sense. It's a cop out used by believers who want to delude themselves into thinking that they are right and everything else is wrong.
6:39 She makes a good point. This also puts into perspective Sam Adams' Riot Act, which gave sheriffs the outright "right" to kill protestors. It was a reaction to working class farmers who were also veterans of the revolution who demanded the payment they were promised and they also protested laws saying they must pay in cash they didn't have instead of the food they grew. Sam Adams also said that those who revolt against a Republic deserve death, but those who protests usually didn't have
The lack of a capital p in pagan is just ignorance. I see people neglect to capitalize God when it should and it annoys me. Likewise, I'm also annoyed at the capitalization of God when it isn't even used as a proper noun, such as "The Christian God". "The Christian god is God" would be proper. It's technically "proper" to capitalize God's pronouns, such as "Him" and "His Will", but this "rule" makes me want to throw up and there's no modern law obligating us to do so.
@pastpresentfutureful Christians pray and thats magic by sending out your energy to the divine to create change. Moses and Jesus use magic too by parting the red sea and turning water into wine.
@Genin99 Prayer is not magic. You aren't "sending out energy" when you talk to God, you are speaking to Him as a child speaks to their Father. It is relationship not a method or process. God decides whether He wants to answer the prayer or not. You aren't changing anything. It's up to God to change something. Magic is accessing the supernatural force of evil that comes from devils to try to change reality. It is forbidden by God, and those who practice it abide in His wrath.
@pastpresentfutureful hate to say this but you are sending your energy when you pray. Your sending your messages, your praise and your requests to your god in the form of energy. I didn't say your changing anything when you pray I'm saying your god does all the changing. You can't talk to your god directly because you're not the only human that he listens too and like every other god he just hears you through the messages you send him.
@Genin99 There is only one God, and I have access to His throne because of the Lord Jesus Christ. He hears me because Jesus Christ mediates on my behalf. God has no need of anything, no need of my "energy"..I get everything I need from Him, and He need receive nothing from me He hears my words, and His Son and Holy Spirit mediate on my behalf. Because of Jesus Christ, I have the right to call God my Father. It is a personal relationship and not a process or transaction.
@pastpresentfutureful There are countless gods and your making it sound like you're more important then other Christians or that your god can have a personal relationship with everyone that worships him at the same time.
Hate to say this but your god does receive energy from you in fact you go to church every Sunday for that exact purpose, to energize him with your loyalty and your praise.
@Genin99 Every Christian is a son or daughter of God and a co-heir with Christ. I am no more important than any other person, the only difference between you and I is that I have received the salvation of God which is forgiveness of sins and eternal life through Christ Jesus. There is only one God, and one way to know God, and that is through Jesus Christ:
John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
@pastpresentfutureful Sorry to say this but the Bible doesn't prove that your god is limitless or that he's the only true god. I know because I use to be Christian, I own a Bible, I've read it and my world view doesn't revolve around a single book.
What makes you think your so special and isn't arrogance a sin?
@pastpresentfutureful cont So your god is just like my gods, he's not more powerful then my gods, he's not limitless and your not his only follower. The only difference between my gods and your god is the way they're served.
"For I know that the LORD is great, and that our Lord is above all gods." —Psalm 135:5

@pastpresentfutureful Nope, if you think God created the universe, then magic of course comes from God. I believe, of course that it comes from the Gods, Please be respectful or do not comment, Last warning.
@pastpresentfutureful Magic, devils, and God all have the same source: the human imagination. Also, in the Bible God magically creates Adam and Eve and the Universe before he created any devils. Magic = the violation of the laws of physics, and willing matter (and complex lifeforms such as humans) into existence is a flagrant and gross violation of said scientific laws. Even if there were a god he have to be subject to the laws of science and need to utilize evolution.

Thanks for sharing this info. I agree of what you said.
One - OF THE WORD "RELIGION," AND OTHER WORDS of UNCERTAIN SIGNIFICATION by Thomas Paine
When, therefore, we look through nature up to nature's God, we are in the right road of happiness, but when we trust to books as the Word of God, and confide in them as revealed religion, we are afloat on the ocean of uncertainty, and shatter into contending factions.
Two - The term, therefore, natural religion, explains itself to be divine religion, and the term revealed religion involves in it the suspicion of being artificial.
DEISM, n. [L. God.] The doctrine or creed of a deist; the belief or system of religious opinions of those who acknowledge the existence of one God, but deny revelation: or deism is the belief in natural religion only, or those truths, in doctrine and practice, which man is to discover by the light of reason, independent and exclusive of any revelation from God. Hence deism implies infidelity or a disbelief in the divine origin of the scriptures.
7. Discoverable by reason; not revealed; as natural religion.
1.Having to do with existing system to things; dealing with, or derived from, the creation, or the world of matter and mind, as known by man; within the scope of human reason or experience; not supernatural; as, a natural law; natural science; history, theology.
Part Two - I call that natural religion which men might know . . . by the mere principles of reason, improved by consideration and experience, without the help of revelation. Bp. Wilkins.
@SAUNDERSacts2618 Get this through your head we don't worship your god, your god's rules don't apply us because he's not our god and not everyone sees the world your way.
@SAUNDERSacts2618 If you're praying for everyone to worship your god it is black magick, because not everyone can worship your god and if you want everyone to worship your god you're promoting genocide.
@BlueFireWitch To avoid this from getting out of hand can you please block SAUNDERSacts2618. It's just that these fundies make me mad, I tend to say extreme things when I'm mad and I hate that they feel like they have to troll and bully us Pagans in the name of their god.
On the whole black magick thing, it's not black magick or white magick because no matter which one you are using magick is magick. The colors of magick come people for a moral stand point for anyone who doesn't know this already.
@PaganTeacher I agree agree with you, although, I think it makes a clearer point for her to use terminology that the other side of the argument is more familiar with. The magic they use is harmful and being used with malicious intent, and to those not familiar with the idea that magic can't be classified as black or white see these as characteristics of black magic and therefore get the point better. That's how I see it anyway.
@thuirthiawindsong I don't think there is anything wrong with using the terminology I just posted that for anyone who don't know and for Christians who have a "holier than thou" complex
@PaganTeacher I understand the terminology as I've taught it many times. However one could understand that when one is using black magick, it is because they themselves as the vessel send out the negative intentions. Negative intentions onto energy makes the magick black. However you want to word it I understand, but it's really a semantics game. I am trying to put it into terms that many will understand. I can't really call them black magicians because well they know not what they do.
@BlueFireWitch You pointed out that the people at DC40 do a common fundie Christian tactic in this video Picking and Choosing for the Constitution's history just like they do with the Bible.
As I said in the comments on part 1 I'm doing rituals to protect my fellow Pagans and I'm suggesting maybe in part 3 you can organize a way to send out positive energy to combat the negative energy like a prayer to Ares.
Personally i don't like the term "Black Magick", however, they are practising negative magick, whether they know it or not. I guess if anything could be called black magick, this could.
This is pretty sad. If I didn't know it was legit, that commercial would make the DC40 seem like the world's largest, most in-depth troll. That bit about the frequency of oxygen and calling on the power of all life to fight Pagans is amazingly hypocritical.
Blessings and solidarity from Britain. I wish our Pagan brothers and sisters across the sea every protection from these people. If needs be, you and your gods will always have sanctuary here in Europa.
These guys seem like part of the New Apostolic Reformation, a movement of Neo-Pentacostal Protestants that has been much in the news lately, due to Rick Perry's "The Response". They are unusual in that they live in a literally "demon filled" universe, more so than most traditional shamans. They barely qualify as Christians at all.
On the blood covered light thingy, magickal lingo doesn't always have to make sense logically.
As for Crowley's definition of magick I've often felt it was far to open ended to be of any use. It can mean anything from a hoodoo job spell, to a runic ward to brewing a cup of coffee.
BTW have you seen Rev. Ian Corrigan's counter charm?
@AuberonDraenenWen Actually i think Crowley's definition of Magick is a good interpretation, because magick CAN be anything, as long as there is intent behind it.
@AuberonDraenenWen Not saying it is any and everything, and I don't think Crowley was either. It IS however human will backed by personal energy. that is the very basic description anyway.
Wow, these people are quite unusual for Christians. That's not exactly the kind of magical language you would expect from standard Christianity. Sounds more New Agey.
@BlueFireWitch I personally love telling them if this is true why is your meeting place called a Church and why are you using religious tax exceptions and hiding behind religious protection laws.
This doesn't surprise me. I was attacked by black magic as a Christian and even after. If that doesn't go to prove anything I don't know what will. I was strangled, beaten up, haunted. It all had to do with my Christian faith. Something about this isn't right and it has bothered me for ages. Thank you for posting videos on this. I have wanted to say these things but been to afraid. You are really a very brave individual c: And you helped me understand black magic more. Thanks!:D

@AuberonDraenenWen Not saying it is any and everything, and I don't think Crowley was either. It IS however human will backed by personal energy. that is the very basic description anyway.

Feed Me Christians!

Wow it's hard to believe that people are actually going to do this.

Wow, these people are quite unusual for Christians. That's not exactly the kind of magical language you would expect from standard Christianity. Sounds more New Agey.

Most Christians I know say that Christianity is not a religion but a relationship with their God and Jesus.
JacobDanielRay 4 months ago
@JacobDanielRay the term religion refers to a linking of person to deity (ie a relationship). So yes, that is a religion.

@BlueFireWitch And that is where I find the irony of it.

Thanks!:D

You think a charge of Attempted Murder for the "Thou shall not suffer a witch to Live" would have any Merritt in this?
