  • Just did this workout Cassey, and BOY! Do I feel better! Thought I could only do one, but I managed to complete this! First day of this, and I sweat more than I did in an hour and on a treadmill! Can't wait to see the results after! Hello summer body!

  • @perpexel you have to challenge! I started doing this workout at the end of november 2011, and I wasn't able to do it once..but now I can do it 4 times without any problems :) Just do your cardio everyday. Try it. you will see results quickly, believe me ;) good luck!

    do those, and when your done with both of them do POP CARDIO: Fat Melting Routine (this video) it really does help! i have seen so many results!

  • Whew this winded me! I am SO out of shape. I am working on that though. I am only going to do 1 round though, everyday until I work my way up two then three..etc. In addition to the Pilates and my daily walks. I used to be in great shape, sad how fast I get winded now.

  • Wow... Jumping Jacks are tough when you have big boobs :( It hurts so much! I love this video though, only managed to do the routine twice but once i get used to the routine i will be doing it X4 :)

  • I am doing the Muffin top melt down and this<3 I cant do all of these at the same time yet [Im really outta shape D:] BUT I do about half of it with the Pilates. I feel so good right now :D Except Im sweaty so shower time!!! :D Haha thanks again Cassie!!

  • i tried this video for three days but i felt like my calves got bigger ><...and harder (gained muscle)....how do i reduce the size of my calves? they are really bothering me..im scared that the fat on my calves may turn into muscle and then it'll be even harder to get rid of them...what should i do?:(

  • @MOoiDa You won't have gained muscle to the extent where you would notice in three days. Honestly it's probably in your head because you're afraid of it happening. Like when you worry your sick you start noticing all the symptoms? Fat can't turn into muscle, they're too totally different things - fat converts to energy when your body needs it to and generally a good exercise routine along with toning and eating properly will help you along the way to slim calves. Don't worry! :)

  • haha - you hate burpies? I was warmup coach and captain of my waterpolo team and we had to climb up and down a flight of 50 steps 20 times and do 100 burpies (with the pushup), then do 50 situps and 50 pushups...... then 2 hours of waterpolo... LOL :D

  • Did this 4x on my iPad and definitely got my sweat on and felt the burn! Definitely what I was looking for! I hope to see more cardio workouts from you, I'm working on losing 35 lbs by summertime

I wanted to ask though, is it alright, since you've mentioned it's best to do the video 4 times.. to do each exercise move for 4 minutes straight, and have a minutes rest inbetween? Would I still achieve the same workout and results as replaying the video again and again.. I also ask because my internet lags so when I'm really feeling it i have to stop for it to load.. -_- Thanx =D

  • Do I have to wear tennis shoes while doing this? Can I do it barefoot?

  • @Lif3ovLov3 Nope, not unless the sounds effects are incredibly accurate. You can hear the wind against the microphone on the camera, and at 5:27 you can hear the car that passes by on the right!

  • this is my third day on my diet and excersise routine and io most of my excersise is pop pilates and the pop kicks and cardio videos. it's so amazing im already starting to feel results, physically and mentally. i never realized how much of and impact eating clean and excersising can have on your life. i'm definitly thankful for your videos because the inform me and assist me in a healthy life style, not to mention motivate me! that has always been my biggest issue...

  • Hi Cassey! I LOVE your videos! I did pilates in college, but ever since I started working I've become a serious couch potato. I started doing this cardio routine at the beginning of this week and I can already feel the difference in my body!

    The only problem is, I have asthma and doing cardio is super difficult for me. I can barely get through one set without having a mini asthma attack! :(

    I was wondering if you had any advice for people with cardiovascular problems trying to get in shape?

  • @FeyAlbatross That is prob something you should ask your doctor, unfortunately I am not an expert on this topic! So I don't want to give you the wrong advice.

When I was younger (14/15 years old) I used to be a swimmer but I really got out of shape when I stopped and your pilates and cardio vids are helping me get back into a good exercise routine! =) One question though; I've always had real bad knees, never was able to go jogging and stuff.   • Just want to add that doing weight training, like Casseys pilates vids, are also good for weight loss as the more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism gets, which means you burn calories at rest. Especially weight training where you PUSH yourself.

  • @myopinion2u if you go through it 4x straight, you are more likely to burn more calories because you will be working harder

  • @xXForeverRoseXx Try logging it on calorie count dot com or my fitness pal dot com under circuit training, or try this [(Age x 0.074) -- (Weight x 0.05741) + (Heart Rate x 0.4472) -- 20.4022] x Time / 4.184 (that's a formula I got online). But see, HIIT is not only about calories burned while training. HIIT will boost your metabolism as whole, and you'll burn more calories throughout the day than you usually would! That's why it is so great.
