could you please put up a video for a royal nawabi style biriyani which includes rare ingredients such as lazzat e taam and dagad ka phool or potli masala! I am really intrested in these royal dishes! please do some video with royal dishes.

    kind regards

    pri22v11

  • @pri22v11 - Btwn do you know where can we buy Lazzat e taam in India? Thank you,

  • Please tell me which alcohol beverage fit on this dish.

  • chef...you're one of the best...I am hungry already :)

  • can u please tell me which company rice you are using. Also, is there a substitute for meat tenderizer !

  • NO he is very sensitive man, that is all. He is excellent!

And his food must be extremely tasty!

  • actually...right when he said evrything is fine till now n real problem comes at this step...

    i had tht problem too

but then i started making the biryani in an oven

not a microwave but a big conventional oven

if u r in USA or other foreign countries then you know what I am talking about...

after u half cook the rice...put the layer of mutton/chicken n rice in an oven compatible big vessel..cover it up...n put it in a preheated oven at 450F (or 250C) for 60 minutes, eliminates the risk of burning

  • superb it was a perfect Biryani , since u have done all what i learnt being in hyderabadi, great Chef keep it up u inspire a lot .

  • lmao i luv how he just STUFFS his mouth so much its like spilling out... XD

  • thnks chef....tried out 2de....turned out 2 b delicious...i ws happy as my painstaking pre got paid off...i used papaya as a tenderiser......yumm..it was..!!

my frnds also savoured the dish..!!! vah re vah!! rocks;-)

  • what the hell he did in the end..... CRYING.. hahahahaha... "be a man" IDIOT.

but i liked the way he cooked biryani, thank you so much to show us how to make biryani in easy steps, apppreciate it..... but plz dnt act like this at the end of ur videos, u look like a fool.

  • @feifiz1 Haha, you are the fool for being such a ''brave'' person over the world wide internet. You wouldn't be like this in real life now would ya`pal? Nope, so beat it.

  • How many tbsps of salt did you put in the rice?.. I love your videos and website..

  • god bless you chef ur way of explaining is too good

  • too much of bullshit!

  • salt man, jesus

  • EPIC!

  • @MICHAELISMUSLIM Earlier, they used to call us non_muslims "kafir", but now look at the azab-e-ilahi they're suffering!! Now, virtually every Islamic sect there is busy declaring the others "kafir" and itself "momin". Now, they call each other "kafir".First the Ahmadis, then the Shias and now even the Barelvi and the Deobandi Sunnis are being declared "kafir" by the Wahabi/Salafi/Ahl-e-Hadith sects. You reap what you sow, after all!

  • @MICHAELISMUSLIM Stop living under delusion! Yes, there is hatred in the hearts of Indians like me, but our hatred is nothing but a reaction to what they've been doing to us (or rather against us) ! Hate breeds hate, and now that hate has turned inwards and very deep into the Pak psyche and in fact, after taking the form of fundamentalism, is now eating up the innards of the Pak state! Don't you see that hate manifesting in the form of sectarian violence, ethnic cleansing, blasphemy laws etc.?

  • INDIAN FOODS IS THE BEST IN THE WORLD. WITH ALL OF THOSE INGREDIENTS THEY USE YOU CANT BEAT THEM. IM NOT AN INDIAN BUT I LOVE THEIR FOOD, SPECIALLY CHICKEN/MUTTON BIRYANI, CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA, CURRY, AND OTHER GOOD LOOKING MOUTH WATERING COLORS OF STEWS WHICH I DONT KNOW WHAT ARE THEY BUT TASTE GOOD! SHIT, IM HUNGRY NOW!

  • hi , thanks for this video , i could prepare awesome biriyani and I wish you all the best in your career as chef.

  • My god, this man is so hungry he gobbles the biryani.

  • Love this. It's like watching Russel Peters and a cooking show at the same time! Food looks yummy though :P

  • Same here bro

  • damn why the hell should i watch this while im fasting

  • ur recipes r so gud except u talk too much.

  • gr8 job , u r master of biryani !!!

  • thumbs up if your fasting

  • i made kacchi biryani today,,,it was really awesome,,,i followed u cook...thank you....:-)

  • Dear chef, i really have no words to thank you. I tried this dish n was truly awesome..I am really impressed the way you are passionate about cooking. keep it up.. love your energy, presentation n dishes !!!! Hats off...

  • SEED

  • I tried it , it is declicious! Thanks for the great recipe

  • Give a minute to cry, he said, LOL

  • i love how intensely you describe the meat

  • Comment removed

  • I see that you have not used Ginger Garlic paste and nor tomatoes. Was the Ginger Garlic paste missed out!

  • @elischristy the mutton should be marinated with ginger garlic paste. I personally do not use tomatoes as they cause more time for the meat to be cooked properly. So whenever preparing mutton I first cook it thoroughly and then add the tomatoes in the curry separately, if I want them. Hope this helps :)

  • the briyani is good but quantity not given for each item

  • Great cooking! Can I know the reason of ur crying? I learn cook biryani from ur video, thank u brother.

  • thank you soooooo much.

  • 1st time I saw crying after eating, you are very passionate about your food.

  • This is NOT an authentic Hyberabadi for sure!

You don't use zeera or corinder powder!!!! in biryani at all!

  • hahahahahahahahahah he is a pakie hahaahahahahaha

  • @MuzzaFuzzathebest Of course not!! He's an Indian. Stop insulting us Indians by lumping us with those rancid hate-mongers !! Its most insulting to us!! Call us by any other swear-word if you hate us Indians so much, but dont ever liken us to a Pakistani, no Indian will ever tolerate that!! We are not them (by good grace), even though they look like us!!

  • @gaurangactuary

YOU dummy. Pakistani's and indians all come from the same part of the world. We both have brown skin, brown eyes etc....

before there was pakistan there was only INDIA. THAT MEANS WE ALL CAME FROM THE SAME PART OF THE WORLD, ALL PAKISTANI'S WERE PART OF INDIA.

    stop your stupid hating.

    Honestly, what a dumb mother...

  • @MICHAELISMUSLIM F***head, having the same facial features and origins doesn't mean we are necessarily the same. MENTALITY is also a decisive factor. We Indians r proud of our subcontinent and try 2 define ourseleves w.r.t the subcontnental culture, while you lot try to define urselves on the basis of religion and sect. You call us Indians Najis and urselves Pak and have been trying to tear urselves away from ur Indian cultural moorings and latch onto the Arab culture.U r the real hate-mongers!!

  • @gaurangactuary

Stop the hate mongoring. Pakistanis and indians all came from the same india..no denying that. Just stop hating people based on where they come from. Read your comment and tell me that aint filled with hate. Just stop labelling people, and judge people on there own merits. Dont judge them because they are indian or pakistani, not all pakistanis are bad and not all Indians are bad. Calm down and be happy, or you will have a miserable life, just worry about yourself.

  • @MICHAELISMUSLIM Buddy, with bigots from your intolerant faith sucking up the very life-force of whole nations, using multiculturalism and what not, hell yeah, a najis kafir like me, a wajib-ul-qatl, is bound to have a miserable life!! Anyways, I think u don't understand English or you haven't bothered to read the comment of mine to which you've replied! It is the Pakistanis who have been stirring up anti-Indian and anti-Hindu hatred in the vain hope of ridding themselves of S-Aian identity.

  • @gaurangactuary

NO. it id people like YOU who stir up hate. With your hateful views Some Indians do it, some Pakistanis do it. Hate cannot be sectioned out to a race or nationality. Anybody can hate.

Kafir-A non believer. That is all it means. I am, to a christain, a kafir, because i do not believe chirtainity

    a christian & a non christian(disbeliver, in arabic Kafir)

Hindu believer, & Hindu disbeliever(kafir)-kafir just means non believer in whatever doctrine that that religion follows.

  • Listen, i live in England, oxford, and if you live in the United kingdom, in london or somewhere we could meet and debate this is person. Because i really cant imagine you being this hateful and "brave" in person. To many people get "tough" online behind the protection of there screen. So man up, and lets debate face to face. No violance and no curse words and no disrespect.

If you are willing to debate in person, i am more then willing also, providing you live in the uk.

    :)

  • @MICHAELISMUSLIM Buddy, there is no scope for any debate at all! I am a Hindu-atheist; I LARGELY subscribe to the heterodox atheistic and anti-thesitic school of Hindu philosophy called Charvak. You, meanwhile, are a Muslim. There is no point in debating anything! Of course, if u remember clearly, this talk betn. u and me started with something else; whether Indians and Pakistanis are the same or not. Well, like I said, they are the same stock, but they are different in mentality and attitude...

  • @MICHAELISMUSLIM The Pakistani state has been poisoning the young and innocent minds of Pakistan with anti-India and anti-Hindu hatred by quoting half-truths and whole lies. I suggest you read the following publications if u haven't done so already : "The Subtle Subversion" the Nayyar-Salim report (available online) and the "Murder of History in Pakistan" by KK Aziz. Yes, the 2 nations indeed have grown apart, and lumping these 2 entities together into one is injustice to both nations.

  • @MICHAELISMUSLIM And, all I've done is show Pakistanis their true faces in the mirror. Wanna see ?:-

    watch?v=NvjgzN37EC4

    watch?v=2Q4qCwiV3Fs

    watch?v=neEvPBYdxfk

    watch?v=HBbs2JXtW1A

    watch?v=4iFiWmKYisw

Also, I'd reccomend you to read the report "The Subtle Subversion" by Nayyar-Salim and "Murder of History in Pakistan" by K.K.Aziz. Also, don't forget to listen to Zaid Hamid's bile against India and Hindus on YouTube. You'll get my point!! You'll realize who's been hawking all this hate.

  • @gaurangactuary

they look like you for a reason. they, and yu all came from the same original country, that is india. Before 1945 there was no pakistan.

  • @gaurangactuary wow i dident know indians were so racist

  • @footman7777 And I didn't know that Brits were so dunder-headed!! What is the racism you experienced in any of my comments? Those Pakistanis are hate-mongers and that is the truth. You see, having the same facial features doesn't make us the same people. Mentality is also a crucial determinant, in fact an even greater determinant, of identity. Ours is "University in Diversity", while theirs is "Love Islam, Hate everything else"! Got it? I hope you indeed do ASAP!!

  • @gaurangactuary people like you are racist because your country has a caste system. Indians dont nessarily have the same facial features as Pakistanis, i tend to see that pakistanis are more fair skinned similer to north indians, and south indians are more dark.

  • @footman7777 Buddy, you can just let your mouth rip sensellessly. The caste system was an ancient-era economic measure gone horribly wrong; It's horribly irrelevant today and it its we Hindus ourselves who are the bigest critics of casteism. It's rightly said that the audacity of the Hindu togo against the malpractices of Hinduism comes from wiithin Hinduism itself. Anyways, I think I'll stop here with my waxing eloquent on Indian society because I know I'm talking to a talking stone wall here.

  • well that's not authentic recipe..its kinda art but this guy's passion and love for cooking is what sets apart and i think that is what really matters...

  • Question: Chef, What should be the heat setting when the vessel is directly put on flame and what should be the setting, when a pan is placed underneath. Can you please let me know? Also, I think you said the cooking time is 40 mins. Did I hear right? By the way, what was the meat quantity? 1kg or more? How much rice was used. I am concerned about the meat to rice ratio. Will be thankful if you could reply. Love your recipes. Thanks for being a great instructor :).
