@AJBMP77 yeah the cops in the burbs are like that here too.
we couldnt run though. they thought they had every exit covered. we hid for a while, and then the police presence grew and grew. we called a friend who was in the area, and he let us know when the one exit was clear. we got out and walked to the car lol
@AJBMP77 yeah that one was pretty well maintained AND guarded for a very long time. then one day, there just wasnt a guard anymore. it was open for quite some time...til we accidentally found the room with all the computers and shit for the citys monorail system!! we set an alarm off...
we got surrounded by 3 different branches of law enforcement! still got away lol
I lived in Detroits from '97-01 and 04-09...In '97 I just got off the people mover in the whitney station, and walked up the stairs...it's an AWESOME building. An old timer told me they used to have dentist and doctors offices there...In 97 the bathrooms were still in good shape, and it surprised me how small the toilets and sinks were back in the day.

I like the ending. how many abandoned buildings are there in Detroit?
EmilyPlusMikey0089 2 years ago
more than i can count. i read somewhere that about 65% of all structures in detroit are abandoned. that includes houses (we dont go in houses)

So thats because the economy is going down hill over there?
Some show about GM said that people are leaving the city and everything. It's going to be a deserted city someday. That really stinks.
EmilyPlusMikey0089 2 years ago
i doubt it will ever be deserted. in the last few years theyve really made downtown nice, now they need to do something with the rest of the city
