Homsexuals suffer from an unatural disorder. Homosexual activity is a violation of Natural Law and Divine Law. Society does them a disservice by telling them it is acceptable. We might as well tell alcoholics to drink all they want too, or tell kleptomaniacs to steal all they want, because - hey, they were born that way, right?
.
This perversion of nature is just another nail in the moral coffin of this country.
What these gays did should be considered a hate crime. If a group of church people do this in a gay bar, then some areas they would be arrested for a hate crime.
We are seeing the anti-tolerant left imposing their will more and moreespecially after the election of Obama. I dont believe it will get better. Perhaps the next time the homo activists interrupt a worship service, the brethren will meet them with baseball bats and teach them the Golden Rule.
Prop 8's passing was completely legal and followed the rules of democracy. These protester's should try to demonstrate the same way. Sorry you don't like it, but you can't go around braking the law and disrupting church services.
What they did was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. I should know, I was there. I don't agree that the passing of Prop 8 was a hate move. Christianity, which if you remember, is the only reason this country exists, states that homosexuality is a sin. But it also says, hate the sin, not the sinner. I have a lot of gay friends, I don't hate them, but I don't believe that as a country, we should approve of something that insults our fathers that founded this country based on Christianity.
I agree with your conclusion, but the "americans came for religious freedom" routine is national lore, it's the narrative. The folks who settled Jamestown were described in their own time as "reprobates of good families". They were the largely the third sons and near relations of nobles. They were adventurers, not pilgrims.
Remember, this is an anarchist group. This is beyond liberal, and beyond gay rights. Anarchists get crazy about things.
This is not typical of the gay rights movement. This specific group has been terrorizing people for years. Most of the gay community is upset by their actions. Some of us worship in these churches. We are hurt by these actions, both by the attack, and renewed fear of gay people. We get pushed further into our closets, because we don't want to be identified with that.
From a gay woman to the world, the gays that are entering churches and hurting people are disgraceful and I in no way, shape or form agree with what they are doing.
This just makes me so angry that these gays who are actaully causing pain think that it will earse the pain us gays have felt all these years.
yes, I can understand your pain, and descriminatin against you and other gays, but your Not the only ones being descriminated against. Women, christians, blacks, muslims, asians, Everyone has been descriminated against at one point or another. Thats life! deal with it! learn from it, grow stronger because of it!
These so called activists are doing more to hurt their cause by doing crap like this then to help it. Im not a bible thumper nor am I a homosexual but I am NOW anti gay marriage between this video and the other one where they ripped that sign out of an old ladies hand
I am so glad that this was posted. Even though I do not approve of homosexuality I think the acting out against Mt. Hope church was a ridiculous way to 'fight' for equality or rights.
Wold be nice if these Gay Protestors go to a Muslim Temple and do that. Nope, is only christians the target?...hmmmm

Hate crimes aren't only motivated by racial hate, they're simply motivated by hate.

This country exists because people came here for religious freedom. America was not constructed from a religion.
America is not a church, it's a country.

"Another important reason that MHC was chosen, was the deep personal tie
many organizers have to the church. Some members of Bash Back! have
been members of MHC. Others were raised in evangelical churches very
similar in message and method. For them, this was a liberating step."
