So what if the Lakers got lucky and won a couple of games! It is only the beginning of the season afterall. The Lakers and Celtics are the two best teams in the NBA thus far, but the Rockets should ultimately come out as western conference champions. Once they get their chemistry incorperated, have a healthy T-mac, develop Aaron Brooks game, and get Shane Battier back; they should come out on top in the end of the season even surpassing the almighty Lakers IMHO(in my humble opinion).

I do see what you're trying to get across and do agree that rockets will be a monster team eventually. What I don't get is that while you bring up developing players for the rockets and overall team chemistry, you seemed to neglect that lakers (and every other team for that matter) are still developing their players and chemistry too. Yes the rockets are in there 1st year with lots of potential, but the lakers were in that phase about 3 years ago without a steller center spot. -
