Can somebody help me? This is a 120 amp motor, so if i get a 5000mah 3S 25c (125 amps) i should be fine right? its a little close but is this set-up fine?

Iv just put the 1/8 MMM ESC in my BSD buggy.. It seems to have inproved the speed and power, but im using the same motor and battaries as before? Does the speedo inprove the spped and power compared to the ezrun esc??

depending of the motor size like is it the mmm engine or the mamba max engine

basically the more kv it is the more top speed

less kv more torques.

Yes easy to install and set on the computer.

The mah does not make the system faster. It is how long it will last like a gas tank on your car. But it is the voltage that makes a difference. Also the C rating is very important, the higher the better. The power is way more than you will ever need but ya know, it was worth it haha.

Yea we have talked about it but would be very hard to get both motors on one spur like that. They would be off slightly and shred gears. If i ever get a bigger MT like that we WILL try it for sure on 12s lipo.

no connector. I would not use standard ones though, they WILL melt and screw up your esc and possibly your batteries. Get deans or traxxas connectors.

It came with the 6.5 bullets and all the wires, even a castle link (which i already have haha.) the only thing you need is a connecter to solder on.

Trust me i know dude. You would not beleive it. He uses the stock radio for everything. even his other 2 rustler's with mamba max's. I personally use the futaba 3pm 2.4 system and it is great. I would never have a truck that big and that powerfull just on the edge of taking off.

really, my feigao 9xl/MMM emaxx is on the stock radio with a 6s LIPO and it seems fine. I really couldnt see spending that much on a radio when it wasnt needed. Whats the deal? should I be experiencing some kind of glitching?

for one the radio WAS needed. It works great now with the new radio. Plus upgrading to a 2.4 system is the best thing you can do to these trucks. It gives way more options. Plus when you have an e maxx that weighs a ton going 60+ and you loose control it sux. He lost control the other day and the truck did a couple backflips haha. also the feigao motors suck, they are cheasy 2 pole motors and have no power at all. We did not have any glitching with ours either but those motors are shit.

my 7XL and 9XL have tons of power, the regular L maybe is lacking torque but the XL can has tons of it

i believe you but i have had to buy CVDs and upgraded diffs and even broken the hex's in the rims due to the torque of my 9XL on a 6s LIPO. I havent experienced any overheating issues with my RC Monster heat sink. I just cant see how more torque would benefit, especially at three times the price. you still have to use the slipper or punch control or you will break something. The better efficiency would be nice on the 45 minute runs of my 10,000mah LIPO's though.

Yea we use the slipper on all of our trucks tightened all the way down. We hate the slip, it just seems stupid, like a waist of power. Like riding the clutch of a real car, its not good.

they are RCDemon brand, they use maxamps cells. i have a 4s and a 6s. i just replaced my diff gears with the robinsons, my 3905 tranny is the only stock part left that hasnt broken. check out my vid of the talons blowing off the rims, stock traxxas glue never holds up. i usually run Losi Zombie Maxx tires on RPM stable maxx rims

i have used 25c Hecells to, they are pretty nice and cheap to buy but not as good as the maxamps, one think i do like is the tabs are secured by some kind of fiber board, i have had maxamps packs that tabs have broken off. very annoying

I would get the brushless revo dude. way better IMO. Also it wont have very much power at all on 3s and you might puff your pack. These motors are power hungry.
