@TheKarotte30 this is how the future would be if Peter had destroyed the red universe, that's why at the end of the finale he doesn't do it, because he doesn't want to live this future and lose his wife...
Walternate is a sad and hateful character. I think he knew all along that there was never a war being waged by the prime universe. He just wants to take revenge on Walter and the prime universe for kidnapping Peter and causing all the holes in the alternate universe. He is a very arrogant person who used his personal feeling to cause misery on all people on both universes.
I hate how she just dies. She doesn't have any time to react, to say goodbye, to realize what is going to happen. He just kills her. Nothing special. I think she deserves more.
But in the end, that's how dead works.
When I saw this scene, I was sitting there, sobbing in front of my laptop like "He just shot her... He just shot her... in the face... how can she... but... but... just in the face... and now..." I couldn't believe it.
@14152424 she dies how people usually die when murdered... I appreciate that the authors spared no effort to offer us a melodramatic death. In real life, murderers act quickly and with no second thoughts, just like Walternate did. You know, we shared the same feelings and thoughts watching this scene the first time! :-)
@LittleDorrit4089 I kind of get why they did that though. We've heard enough overly wrought funeral speeches over the years in real life, and in fiction

God how awful thank god it's only the end of the season and not forever, she can't get killed off, there's no show without Peter Olivia and Walter, their totally un expendable ;) It will all work out mark my words!
@90freeme Well, as the will continue with the next "new" episodes not until September, it will take some time. But I think those Episodes will air in a row without any new breaks. At least I hope so.
Walternate is an idiot... Why do he want to kill them ? He don't know what really happened ! Walter wanted to save the other peter... But I hope season 4 will answer to all that questions :D
@conol77 what???? walternate hates them because our walter kidnapped his son and destroyed his family and realtionship with his wife. our walter also casued tears to occur in their universe, a blight, and deaths of thousands of people which resulted in the amber zones and all those people caught in them.....where u been?
@WickedLovely121 In a way this never happened, this was a look in the future for peter so he could choose what to do with the powers he had in the machine. so now that he didnt choose to destroy the other universe..this will never happen... You probably found out by now but thought I'd give you an answer ;)
