i heard red fatalis is the worst to fight. after figuring out to lance the akantor without even getting hit, the black fatalis is the hardest monster i've fought so far. i just havent felt like doing the red fatalis, i've fought the white a few times. though lost each time. im currently doing in now with azure ogre sword and full death stench so i should be good

That wasn't first person view, FP view would be seeing through your characters eyes, and invariably you would only see the weapons and the hands. What you did there was third person. What IS Kirin about your armor? Your Tasset is White Fatalis, your Vambraces and greaves are Khezu's, I think your chest is White Fatalis, and your helmet ISN'T Kirin's. Believe me, I'd know a Kirin armor piece from a mile away.
