You have great spin on it but just one thing I would recommend (that you prabably already do during a tournament) is put more of a backswing so your different serves always seem similar. I also do the reverse pendulums and like to add the double motion when i serve for more deception.

The thing is people ( In my opinion ) You can't smash it , but what you could do is : Give it a nice loop, get the ball back in contra or a high ball, and then smash it. Your serve isnt bad but you shouldnt try to do it mid table, hit it on the side so it spins out. It would be to easy to smash at that speed at mid table and side spin loses its effect at high speed so... Try is out as a short serve on the side or a long but unclear serve instead so your uponent either has a poor return shot or doesnt know the spin which can let you guess where the ball will land and prepare your counter attack.

lecossio is right! the paddlee does matter alot, i was using one of my family friend's paddle, who is a champion in a lot of areas, his paddle was around 1000HK $ so thats about 150$ canadian and my smashs were ALOT faster, compared to my paddle which is worth only about 70$ canadian

I watched some really good backspin serves but I think you should practice on weight transfer on your feet and body momentum on strokes... You become lazy if you practice like this without footwork an positioning...
